It was wonderful. The cabin and property are truely terrific, even the bed was comfy! We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the beautiful deck and lived in the hammock and hot tub. And the view! What a great way to wake up. We even saw a shooting star. It provided us just what we needed - peace, relaxation and lots of smiles.

Oasis cabin

We stayed at the Oasis for our annual trip to celebrate wife's birthday. Cabin was just as descibed with beautiful views and all necessary amenities. Short drive to Hochatown and lake. Billy was great host communicating with us occasionally to see how we were doing and very responsive when ne essary. Will be coming back in fall.

AHmazing View!!

We took our anniversary trip there to turn off the electronics and never get out of our robes! It was so relaxing and the hot tub has a waterfall feature that acted as our sound machine while we slept with the screen doors open and wind and rain in the night. Sooo Good! I definitely recommend this place to unwind.

Mountain top getaway

Great getaway place. Got some bad weather the first couple of days but the owner was more than helpful, offering his own storm shelter if things took a turn for the worse. Overall a great experience and not too far from the hub bub of Hochatown and Broken Bow if you wanted to get out. Will visit again without a doubt.

Peace and quiet

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful view. Clean and well maintained. And above all, *peaceful and quiet*. We've rented cabins in the Hochatown / Broken Bow area for many years, so we've seen what was once a lovely area become an overdeveloped, noisy, crowded Dallas suburb with rental homes stacked practically on top of each other. How delightful to find this small group of cabins high in the hills—remote, private, and above all *quiet*—exactly what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Would definitely stay here again. If you're looking to relax away from the crowd, just you and the trees, this is the spot! Just one request: if you book it, don't bring that noise pollution and vehicle traffic with you. Some of us need serene, calm, uncrowded places like this.

Adult Spring Break Getaway

This was perfect place outside of the now bustling Hochatown. Perfect for couple relax unwind & rejuvenate. This place has a grill & a good set of appliances & utensils to make great meals. Obviously wonderful view of miles & miles of nature. Thank you !

Nice getaway in the mountain!

Bill was so kind when giving information and answering questions. Even recommended a restaurant. I had Verizon and couldn’t make calls but I was able to use WiFi and text. My husband has AT&T and everything worked for him. Loved the hot tub!!

Perfect for us!

We went on a long weekend get away for my husband‘s birthday. This was our first trip with our dog Lucy. She did so good! We brought her bed and whenever we were inside she just curled up by the fire and slept. We had the best time just the three of us. We took Lucy hiking at the Beaver’s Bend State that wore her out enough where we could enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub when we returned. The sunrise from the back porch is incredible, spectacular! The sun comes up around 7:23 or so, don’t miss it! It’s totally worth getting up for. You could see a sky full of stars and I can tell you probably the best time to see all the stars is very early in the morning around four or 5am when it’s the darkest. The bed is very comfortable and I don’t know where Billy got those pillows from but I need some! They’re so comfortable. There are a few cabins nearby, but there’s enough trees in between them where you can’t see anyone or hear them so you truly do feel isolated in your cozy cabin. It’s very romantic. And like the other reviews say, you are around 30 miles away from Broken Bow so it’s wise to bring all your food for sure. I loved our little cabin and we had the best time. Thank you Billy for making this a special trip for us..

My husband and I absolutely loved this cabin!! Gorgeous view!! Cabin was very clean and Billy was quick to reply and help with anything we needed. Everything was amazing and we will definitely be back!!! :)
