"Charming pub with rooms in the courtyard. Each one had parking outside. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, smart tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Good size en suite with great shower. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. "

"I’ve stayed here a number of times and always been happy. This time I was out in one of the rooms at the front and was kept awake by the noise from the clubs kicking out until gone 5am. Not the staff’s fault but would have liked some sleep. Could have slept better in my car. "

"The lift was broken so the service lift was the only option. However the landing areas were 'behind the scenes' and poor quality. I did not much care for the long black hairs stuck to the walls of the shower from a previous guest. Clearly not a good cleaning regime. The shower has my pet hate. The shower controls are behind the door. You can't use them without being inside it and it is too small to avoid getting the inevitable blast of cold water that is living in the pipes before whatever...
