We apologise about the roaches issue in your room and we have taken this into account for rectification and also it is first time we have this kind of prolem. Normally as we are a company we try do move our guests in our sisters hotel and we provide to you a suite in Romeo's as upgrade for compensation. Finally we had refund you all the total amount for all your stay. Regrettably, we cannot undo your experiences, but you can be assured that we have evaluated your issues and will carefully check where and why we have failed and we will take corrective actions to avoid it in the future.
