"I thought the staff were great. But my room was number 300 and right outside the door was a working air conditioning unit in the hallway. It was an internal hallway so I found that strange… But it was loud and noisy throughout the night. Additionally, the outdoor pool area, which I could see right out my window was disgusting. "Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. A/C was plenty cold. The bathroom was spotless. The free breakfast had plenty of options, including scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, toast, muffins, yogurt, cereals, coffee, and a variety of juices. The location was convenient, with a nearby gas station and grocery store, and not too far from downtown. I would stay here again."

"I can’t believe I’ve never stayed here before after coming to Bloomington regularly for 30 years! I picked it because I thought it would be great for a dog, (and it is!), but we got so much more comfort than expected! This is a gem of a find. Just hope it’s hidden enough to be vacant the next time I need a place in Bloomington. "
