Ideally located, the house is in Hyères on the Giens Peninsula in the “Quartier de la Plage” neighborhood, across from the racetrack. The beach, about 150 m away, consists of fine sand and pebbles and slopes gently for three kilometers. It offers a magnificent view of the Îles d’Or and is located very close to the St. Pierre marina, with its shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The Giens Peninsula is 6 km long and marks the southernmost point of the French Riviera. The center of Hyères is about 5 km away.

The “Quartier de la Plage” is a residential neighborhood and very pleasant, with umbrella pines lining the streets and Mediterranean-style homes. Its location provides quick access to the beach and the marina—with its many restaurants, clothing stores, souvenir shops, grocery stores, and a pharmacy—without having to drive. In the evening, the marina area is very popular for its lively, summery atmosphere. On Sundays, there’s the Provençal market with all its stalls of colorful goods. During regatta season, the atmosphere is very lively.
There are numerous shops selling water sports gear and offering equipment rentals nearby, as well as sailboat and motorboat rental companies.

The house is built in the Provençal style and features a 1,500 m² garden. The landscaped garden, featuring about twenty magnificent umbrella pines, palm trees, bougainvilleas, and other Mediterranean plants, is surrounded by a high fence and secured by an automatic gate. The apartment has a private, secure parking space within the garden.

Access to the apartment via the terrace is private and separate. The apartment overlooks the large garden and is located on the south side of the house, facing the racetrack’s pine forest.

The fully renovated apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful Provençal villa. Very sunny, it features a terrace with a private garden area, equipped with outdoor furniture, facing south.
