Cozy and comfortable home in quiet neighborhood.
Rental property lived up to expectations and was in a great location…short drive to downtown Hyannis, several beaches and ferry. Bonus was the large screened in porch with dart board and hammock. Nice quiet neighborhood perfect for families.

Great location but not clean
The property and location were great!! The house wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Dirty towels were hanging behind doors, socks and clothes around. And the upstairs bathroom didn’t look like it was even cleaned as there was hair on the floor.

Perfect setting for family reunion
We had a mixed crowd of ages and preferences but this spot worked for all of us. We spent several meals gathered together around a big table inside a screened in porch overlooking the pond. . . Hard to beat!

Semi clean. Pictures were accurate.
Semi clean. Pictures were accurate. Was called the day we were checking in that a plumber needed to come and we needed to be gone for 5 hours. We took a chance and didn’t. Plumber was there for 15 minutes. Neighbors didn’t bother us. Landscaping could use some work and ceilings need to be be cleared of cob webs. Outdoor shower wasn’t usable and filled with cob webs. I would only recommend in a pinch.

Portside Sanctuary
The property is quite lovely. Its too bad that the windows are so dirty that they look frosted. The goose poop in the yard made it hard for the kids to play outside. The Keurig coffee pot worked the first day and stopped working on the 2nd day. It needs to be cleaned and we could not find the necessary stuff to do that.
