I struggled with this property. I had stayed here years ago and was looking forward to spending some more time in a familiar and great place. I found myself looking around the place and saying "it would be so easy to fix this"! The place appeared worn, tired and neglected.

We had a wonderful and relaxed vacation at Frank and Andrea’s home. Bayview Beach which is right down the street is a small, beautiful, and calm spot to get away from it all! We enjoyed the many restaurants as well-seafood in this area top notch! It was also nice that we could bring our boston terrier with us!

What an adorable house! Lovely quiet street - close enough to the beach that you can walk or ride your bike there. Beautifully appointed and the beds were SO comfortable! My only request would be for better lighting in the living room. Our last day there was cold & rainy and I would have loved to curl up with a book but there's not quite enough light (maybe it's my old eyes! ;-) Pretty little patio and fully fenced back yard made it terrific for us and our 4-legged friend! Highly recommended!!

Great Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Frank and Adriana’s home. Everything was clean and we had just what we needed. Having only one bathroom upstairs was tough at times but overall the house had plenty of space for our family of 4. The location of the house was so close to everything which was a huge plus. Frank and Adriana were also very communicative and always responded to our questions quickly. Highly recommend this property!

Cute!

Clean, organized and almost everything was perfect! The outdoor shower did not work and was difficult to clean up after beach time. Tub(indoor) shower handles are really hard to work. I think a simple touch of lubricant would help. At first I didn’t think it would work at all. I only tell you since with the hospitality business if you don’t squawk items they may not get fixed for the next guest. Thank you to the owner-and we had fantastic weather too!

Girls trip

4 adults stayed here and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bathroom was upstairs which may be inconvenient for some since one of the bedrooms was downstairs, but we had no issues with it. Being from Oklahoma we were surprised there was no a/c, only heat. Luckily the weather was beautiful while we were there and we did not need to ask for the window units to be installed. The area seemed safe, the neighbors were helpful. We were walking distance to the marina. We would stay again.

Perfect house for our vacation

Lewis Bay Getaway truly felt like home with every amenity we could want or need. The location near the harbor was convenient and we enjoyed several restaurants close by. Tugboats, Spanky’s and Baxter’s were all great. Our family loved this cozy and clean property…it was the perfect size for our family of 4.

Great Place to Stay

The house was perfect for my family of 4 plus family dogs. You can walk to Hyannis and also a local beach at the end of the main street where you can watch the ferry's come in. It's super close to Baxters and the Black Cat. The kitchen had everything we needed and I love that they actually have cable TV, which is not always the case. The owner was very responsive and really pleasant to talk to.

Great House!

This was the perfect house for our mini vacation. Great location and beautiful house. The fenced in backyard was perfect with our dog and young child! Would definitely come back :)

Lewis Bay Get Away

Great girls weekend

The house provided the perfect cape experience for people who have never been. The house was set with everything one would need and Trader Joe’s is a short drive away. We had to hunker down for an impending storm but never lost power. Recommed The Pearl in wellfleet for food and drink or stop by the local pub at trader Ed’s. The bathroom could use some attention but the remainder of the house was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a college girls reunion.

Comfy and clean

We had an amazing stay! The house was comfortable and very clean. The decor was warm and inviting. Adriana and Frank were friendly, easy to reach and responded promptly to all questions we had. Our dog enjoyed the house as well, especially the outdoor space! Thank you again, Adriana and Frank!

All within walking distance

This adorable house is conveniently located within walking distance of ferries, main st Hyannis and a small beach. Lovely area. Hospital construction was active but not too loud. We are looking to purchase a home in this area & this stay helped convince us it’s the perfect cape spot.

Girls Getaway

Four friends celebrating a 50th birthday on the cape. The house was conveniently located to anything we wanted to do. Instructions for the house were clearly defined. Nice quiet area. Would love to come back!

Great Easter getaway for our family and labradoodle

Everything was exactly the way it looked online. When we showed up , it smelled clean , all the linens and towels were fresh . It was completely comfortable living space for our family and dog . We had a wonderful time , and thankful for the family time we got . Being so close to Hyannis center was a huge bonus . The owners were very responsive when we had a question about the TV too !

Long weekend family trip with the pupper

Way more comfortable and spacious than a hotel AND we brought our fluffy pupper to enjoy the weekend with us. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and the beds were so comfy! The fenced-in backyard was much loved by our poodle and there was so much to do in the area! Such a fun weekend!
