If you like fishing, head to the fishing port of Hvide Sande, just a few kilometers away. You will find particularly attractive conditions here every spring and fall when the herring come to spawn in the fjord. You can also go windsurfing in Hvide Sande. Ringköbing Fjord is one of the best surfing waters in Scandinavia. There are also several fish restaurants in the harbor. During your walks and hikes, you can also admire the rich bird life from afar or enjoy the summer months by swimming on the fine sandy beaches of the North Sea!
