Perched on a hillside, Villa Adria Gloss offers breathtaking views of the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea and the lush Mediterranean landscape that surrounds it. The villa extends over 240 m² of living space across two levels and features a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room with a fireplace and flat-screen TV, all opening onto the spacious pool terrace.
Three spacious bedrooms, each with access to its own private terrace, comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The villa also offers three beautifully designed bathrooms with elegant natural wood details, as well as an additional guest toilet. The interior combines natural tones, clean lines, parquet flooring, and warm wood accents, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.
The outdoor area is designed for complete relaxation. A 30 m² private swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, and a covered dining area with barbecue facilities make outdoor living and dining with spectacular sea views an everyday pleasure.

For transparency, please note that a €2,000 security deposit is required prior to arrival via bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to property inspection.
