Absolutely gorgeous place. Loved it. Only wish I had stayed longer than 4 nights! Very new facilities. Very clean and gorgeously designed and decorated. Spacious garage and rooms. We didnt even get a chance to use the upstairs family area with TVs and games. The upstairs covered patio is fabulous. Can't say enough about this rental. I'd love to own it myself. One item to note is the AC is controlled for the most part and it gets a little warm at times. Never could really get it down to a cooler temp.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Zion Village Resort. The check-in process was seem-less, and communication with management was excellent. They were quick to respond with any questions or needs. We really enjoyed the terrace to hang out and talk. Parents with children would especially like this property with all it's amenities that are available. The location was perfect for going to the National Parks. The master bathroom could use a little more cleaning when we first arrived, but other then that the stay was excellent.

The perfect space to play and unwind

The property had everything! It was clean and accomdated a large group with ease. There was lots of personal space to get away from others and space to gather and socialize! We would absolutely stay again.

Here for the pool!

I can’t fully review this exact property as a day before check in we were notified that the community pool was going to be closed for 3 days during our stay and that was one of the main reasons we booked! However, Red Sands was patient, kind, understanding, and very accommodating in assisting us with moving to an equivalent property within about 10-15min of this one and had a fantastic community pool! I cannot praise Courtney enough with how patient she was in helping us move the reservation even as I had dropped calls and intermittent texts as we drove through the mountains to get there! The next home we had was easy to check in, had everything that was advertised, was clean and comfortable and all was great! I would absolutely book with Red Sands again!

The house was very nice accurate on website. Only had an issue with trash. Trash can were full trash day is on Thursday and we checked in on Saturday and the trash bins were full and we had no where to put trash out whole stay. Over all house and area was very nice I will return to this home. Thank you

The Best VRBO We've Stayed At!!

I can't get over how awesome this place is. It had everything for everyone - hot tub, golf putting setup, tons of rooms, beds, bathrooms, towels, cooking supplies, pool, gym, air hockey, Xbox, and so much more. My family didn't want to leave. Highly recommend hiking the Narrows and renting water shoes and wooden walking sticks (the river will possibly break your metal ones). Was unbelievably beautiful!

The pool area was very nice, especially with the fire tables at night. The basketball and pickleball courts were disappointing. The house was very nice, but some of the things we looked forward to using were not working like the pinball and air hockey. The back yard space was very nice though.

Perfect Family Getaway w Zion Access

We had a group of 10, ages 6-64, all of us loved the house space, amenities and setup. We hiked Zion daily and enjoyed the pool and hot tub every evening. Highly recommend, this place has several hang out spots for our smaller groups and would stay again.

Annual get away

The property was easily accessible, and the location was a great balance between being close to outdoor activities, and close to groceries and other amenities. The house itself was spread out enough for everyone in the group to have their own space, but had nice areas like the firepit and deck to gather together.

Home base for hiking

We came to the area to do some hiking at the parks. The location was only about a half hour from Zion. The space was great. Loved the upper deck for chillin. We took advantage of the hot tub after the hikes. It was nice to dine outside on the patio. Well appointed and great location.

Excellent stay!

We loved this property! Exactly as pictured in the listing, plenty of room, lovely upper level outdoor area with fire pit. The pool area was perfect for our “rest day” and all communications were timely and helpful. I highly recommend!

Nov mountain biking with family

Perfect for our family. Kids and adults loved the pool, lazy river and hot tub. It was close to mountain biking and hiking. It had all we needed to cook a thanksgiving meal. We were able to return a Boise Brave bike helmet found on the trail unexpectedly to the people in the unit next to us.

Fall Break 2022

We had a great time in this beautiful property for our Fall Break trip to Zion! This is our third trip to Zion and second time staying at this complex (first time we stayed in a different unit) and we just love everything about Zion Village Resort! We hope to get back there again soon!

A beautiful home away from home!

This house was perfect for our stay. We went to visit a few national parks in the area and were very happy with the central location to the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon! The home itself is beautiful and the bedrooms were extremely comfortable and had everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The upstairs patio was wonderful to have for meals and catching some sun in the morning!

Wonderful stay.

Loved our stay. Lots of space, comfortable beds, decorated so nicely. Especially enjoyed being a short walk from the pool complex. Awesome lazy river, hot tub and cute kids section with water slide.
