Beautiful

This property was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The pool was amazing. We spent nearly our whole time in the pool!

Great place to stay . Perfect location .

Me , my friend and family stayed at the property for couple days during our trip to Zion . Location was perfect for us . Property is big enough to host larger group of people and has everything what we needed. Great experience.

Great place with lots of rooms and a pool

There was room for everyone in our group of 11 to stay very comfortably. We loved the pool best of all. The long entry step next to the hot tub is perfect for a toddler to play in the water. The infinity table was also a huge hit as we as the motorcycle driving in the garage. This place is well equipped and very comfortable.

Cleaning and size

Backyard table dirty, red sticky stuff upstairs, carpet on main floor bedroom had stains. Lived all the bedrooms. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable. Fun game in living room! Enjoyed pool.

Perfect Multiple Family Vacation

We had 4 families under 1 roof and it was the best time. The community pool is fun but having a pool right at the house was the kids’ favorite!

Fun Thanksgiving Stay

We stayed at this property with family for the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was a great place to hang out and enjoy cousins. We spent quite a bit of time in the heated pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend.

Great Family Hangout house!

This house is fantastic for families, tons of hangout space with plenty of fun board games video games and video arcade type games PLUS the private pool! Kitchen is nicely stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware, bedrooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio in the evenings with it's great lighting and a cooling fan, although it was warm outside, the fire pit added to the fantastic setting. We had a wonderful visit and look forward to our return.

Awesome location

Clean, nice property. The pool was unfortunately hot when we arrived, but evidently they don’t have a pool heater or cooler and it’s so hot during the summer that there was nothing to do; it did cool down with a rain and leaving the cover off during our stay. Red sands were very responsible throughout our stay and helped retrieve our phone we left behind! Will definitely stay again in the future for our Zions trips!

Great House!

The house was perfect for all of us (6 kids-ages 8-16 and 5 adults). Plenty of space in common areas as well as bedrooms. The pool and hot tube were fantastic! The management team was very responsive if we had questions. My only complaint was that we were not allowed to turn the air conditioning down below 72 degrees and because there were no screens in the bedroom windows we could not open them to allow the outside cool air in. The upstairs bedrooms were very warm most nights even with the fans on. Other than that, we would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Home but could use a more thorough cleaning

The home is beautiful and modern because it's new; however, if a more thorough cleaning isn't provided more frequently this won't last long. I left a message stating there were several areas not cleaned upon our arrival and to this date I haven't heard a response. The water features in the pool aren't working and we were told it would be fixed Monday and no one came.

We really enjoyed our time at Zion Village. The homes were very clean and modern. We rented two units pretty much right next to each other and they were both fantastic. They held our group without issue and the pool was thoroughly enjoyed by our group. The amenities were very nice as well. We liked the main area pool as well and used it throughout our stay. A couple things that we noticed: one of the guys in our group is quite knowledgeable about pools. When we arrived the pool was over 95 degrees which we originally thought was due to the heat. He eventually realized that the spa was completing its cycle by dumping its water into the pool. Just something to check on. Also the master bedroom upstairs had much less airflow than the other rooms upstairs. We have temperature monitors (from our baby monitors) and the master was reading over 10-15 degrees higher than other rooms. It also just felt warmer compared to the rest of the house. Just another thing to check on. Overall, we had a lovely time and I'm thinking we'll come back at some point in the future. Thank you!
