Welcome to Terra Summit, your Southern Utah home base for outdoor adventures, pool days, and time together. Located in the Coral Springs/Terra West Resort community in Hurricane, this three-level condo welcomes up to 20 guests with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private rooftop hot tub.

Spend the day exploring Zion National Park, boating at Sand Hollow, or enjoying the community’s lazy river and waterslide. Then return for dinner together and a relaxing soak on your private rooftop deck.

ROOM FOR YOUR WHOLE GROUP

Three king bedrooms and a spacious bunk room give families and friends flexible sleeping arrangements:

• Primary bedroom: One king bed
• Second bedroom: One king bed
• Third bedroom: One king bed
• Bunk room: Six full-size bunk beds and two twin trundles

Each bunk has its own light and USB charging access. Four bathrooms help make getting ready easier for larger groups.

GATHER, PLAY & UNWIND

Prepare meals in the kitchen, gather around the dining table, and settle into the living room after a day of exploring. The second-level game loft offers another space to spend time together, while the third-level rooftop deck features outdoor seating and your private hot tub.

Your stay includes access to amenities within the Coral Springs/Terra West Resort community, including:

Coral Springs is the established section of the community, a familiar name for returning Southern Utah visitors. Terra Summit puts you within this community while offering a private retreat for your group.

Community amenities are shared with other residents and guests and are subject to operating hours, maintenance, and availability.

BRING YOUR ADVENTURE GEAR

Free guest parking is available in the community’s uncovered parking lots, with additional free community parking for RVs, boats, trailers, and toy haulers. Covered parking beneath the brown buildings is reserved and is not available to guests.

EXPLORE SOUTHERN UTAH

Make Terra Summit your base for visits to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, Quail Creek State Park, and the greater St. George area. For more family fun, The Rush Funplex is just across the street; admission is separate from your stay.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Maximum occupancy: 20 guests
• The condo spans three levels, with stairs between floors. Access to the rooftop deck and private hot tub requires climbing stairs.
• Unit 8 is behind Building P. Park in front and follow the walkway around to the entrance; there is no parking directly behind the building.
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. | Checkout: 10:00 a.m.
