The Space: The master suite includes a king-size bed, walk-in shower, raised Jacuzzi tub, double vanity sink with granite countertop, and cable , and is located on the opposite side of the unit from the other bedroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and a TV with cable. The bathroom closest to this bedroom has a walk-in shower and a single vanity sink.
The kitchen has granite countertops, beautifully stained wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and it’s stocked with essentials for you to cook with; you just need to bring the food! The dining room can seat 6 people at the table and another 4 people at the counter. If you are worried about the laundry you usually have to do when you get home, there is no need!
A washer and dryer are included in the unit. The living room has cable , a fireplace to warm up the evenings during the cool winter, and a large sectional sofa to seat a large group. Enjoy your time to relax!
Outside you will find another fireplace to enjoy cool evenings with a beautiful view during the winter, patio furniture, and a BBQ for any grilling needs! All of this within your own closed-off and personal patio.
All Coral Springs units now include access to lazy river pools, BBQ outdoor kitchens, hot tubs, and a water slide. Both outdoor pools are also heated and open year-round!
Guest Access: While staying at Coral Springs Resort, all of our guests will have access to our indoor jetted tub; any of our pickleball, tennis & basketball courts; indoor & outdoor pools; indoor hot tubs & fitness center lounge and to the clubhouse that allows up to 40 people (To use it you must reserve it first and also pay $150)
The Neighborhood: If you journey from the Wasatch Front area of Utah, you’ll appreciate being 20-30 minutes closer to home when the vacation getaway must end. We have some recommendations; check them and start planning. -Zion National Park: 32 miles away -Snow Canyon State Park: 24 minutes -Sand Hollow, Pioneer Park, and Quail Lake State Park: 5-minute drive -Downtown St. George: 10 minutes away.
Getting Around: The unique location—at the Hurricane Exit off I-15—keeps you out of the downtown St. George congestion and free to explore Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Snow Canyon at your leisure. Just minutes away, you can enjoy the coolness of Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs. Golfers discover the incredible scenery of Coral Canyon Golf Course across the Street and Sky View 10 minutes away.
Other Things to Note: From Dec 1st through Feb 10th, the outdoor pool will not be heated; the outdoor hot tub will be heated, and the pool will still be maintained.
There is an underground parking garage located in the building that provides a parking space for your stay. The access is via stairs.

Beautiful space with plenty of room
My husband my sister and myself stayed there when we went to Zion. Only 35 minute drive. 2 split bedrooms and baths were ideal. Laundry was a big plus. Would recommend to anyone wanting a place close enough to Zion.

Great location, lovely unit
This unit is on the FRONT side of the building, so there is some road noise from the freeway. While it's on the first floor, it's not what I would consider ground level as you'll have to take the stairs to get to the unit. I was happy with the cleanliness and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. This is my second stay at this property and I'll definitely return.

St George golf getaway
Spent a week here for a golf vacation to St George Utah. The condo was very comfortable. The location was excellent for the golf courses in the area. The complex was quiet and the property amenities very accessible and well maintained. The property owners/managers were awesome to deal with also. I made a change to the dates and it caused some issues that were handled perfectly by them before my arrival. There were a couple things that could be improved upon. We found it odd and inconvenient that the 2nd bedroom had no nightstand or lamp in the room. Just the beds and the tv on the wall. Also the coffee maker was a very small unit that made only enough coffee for about 2 coffee mugs - so it was necessary to make coffee multiple times each morning in order for each of us to have a couple cups to start our day. A larger/standard coffee maker would be appreciated. Other wise the condo was very well appointed and well stocked. We found the condo to be very clean and ready to settle right in. The only issue in that area was the master bedroom shower has some mold building up in the grout along the floor/wall edge and that grout should be replaced. Normal maintenance issue in my mind, not a big deal. With those few items being said I will gladly stay here on my next golf trip to the area and recommend it highly.

I’d stay again
Overall great experience. There were a few things that had been missed cleaning but when brought to their attention the set up a time and came and fixed it up. My kids are already asking to go back.

Great Stay, Great Place
We loved our stay. Our favorite part was hanging out on the front porch area. We used the fire at night and played games during the day.
