Place to say when visiting Zion national Park

The online pictures of the house looked really good. But when we got there there were some areas of the house that were a little rundown. The outside pool area definitely needed a good cleaning and the patio lounge chairs need to be replaced. The patio area was not cleaned well from the family there before us and there were popsicle sticks and Chip crumbs and bottle tops all over the patio area. We were never able to get the hot tub heater to work or the pool lights to come on. The location of the house was good and the beds were comfortable and the rest of the house seemed clean enough (although I feel the carpets could use a good cleaning.)

Spring break family trip

This home was perfect for us and our 3 adult children their spouses and 2 grand kids. We had issues with the garage disposal stinking from day 1 and the maintenance crew was quick to respond. The hot tub was COLD! And again the maintenance crew was fast to respond. We loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms. And outdoor space. The neighbors were all very friendly and nice. I would give it 5 starts and struggle even with giving 4. This was probably was the second dirtiest home we have ever stayed in. I am giving some leeway of understanding because it is the peak of spring break and I hear that southern Utah has had more wind than normal this year. I’m not going to go into detail of how gross somethings are/where. Because again I feel maybe it is better at other time of the year. I am hopefully the owner sees this and tells Redsand Rentals to do better on the cleanup between renters. Ultimately we would stay here again but my girls and I would plan more time to do some cleaning before we let the kids on the floor to play. Or set things on the countertops and pantry.

Fun home for a family!

We came to Utah for spring break to go off roading. This house was such a fun home base for our young kids! Loved the floor plan and all the amenities in the house. We will be back!

Perfect rental for all groups

We had a fantastic stay! The home was lovely, clean, well-equipped with everything we needed. Management was friendly, helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We appreciated that all 3 bedrooms had king beds and the mattresses and pillows were comfortable (even the bunkbed mattresses). EVERYONE loved the heated pool and hot tub! We swam every single day and the fountains, waterfalls and lights blew the kids minds!!! The pool and hot tub being heated were a big deal for us since a lot places only offer a heated hot tub during the colder seasons (the temps for both were perfect).We had 8 people in our group and a big age range and we all equally enjoyed ourselves. There was always something fun to do whether it was gaming, ping pong, swimming in the pool or playing any of the numerous card/board games that are provided by the home.We were about 25 minutes from a lot of St. George restaurants, 15 minutes from the center of hurricane, grocery stores and gas were close by, as well as lots of fun activities. We did wish there were a couple more coffee shops close by but had fun trying out different cafes. If COFFE is important to you Perks was our favorite, scooters was a no go and river rock roastIng co had very weak espresso. We would absolutely recommend this home and stay here again! We had a fabulous experience and truly appreciated how the property is set up and managed, made for a perfect vacation!

House layout is perfect

Loved the home! The game room is a great added feature for kids. I didn’t realize there was a charger for EV or I would have driven mine up! I will say we have stayed in a lot of homes here in Hurricane and this neighborhood was nice. The pool lights didn’t work for us but the water feature did! The kids had a great time with all things to do in the home.

Good for big groups

This house was great for a large group! However, the mattresses are pretty crappy in the one bed rooms. I don’t know how the bunk room beds were.. kids slept fine. The heating of the pool and hot tub is charged separate but the pool didn’t get up to temperate we were told and you had to choose…. Either the hot tub was hot and the pool was cold or the hot tub was cold and the pool was a tiny bit warm. You couldn’t have both at the same time. Had I known about the pool issues, I probably wouldn’t have paid the extra. Which was a bummer because the outside was the biggest reason for getting this place.

Awesome Stay

We visit the St. George area often and stayed here for 3 nights. Steve was super responsive and cared about our stay. The master bed was comfortable and clean. We loved the pool and hot tub and the well-appointed recreation room. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Will definitely consider this house again.
