Great location and so much space for our family! We made a last-minute booking and our host was so gracious to get us all the information we needed right away and kept in touch to answer any questions. Easy drive to Zion NP, and also close to Red Cliffs National Conservation Area which we loved! All rooms were very clean and beds were super comfortable with great linens. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a full day of hiking - such a treat! Thanks for a great stay!

Fun Getaway

This was a fun location and house to spend a few days for spring break. The teens had fun at the pool with lazy river! Close proximity to many area destinations. Thanks for a fun stay! We would definitely stay again.

Super Comfy Home away from Home

Our stay was beautiful. We enjoyed the comfort of this home. As a family of 16 ranging from the ages of 6 through 56 we all were able to enjoy all the amenities this home had to offer. We were blessed to find this home at the last minute because we decided to do a spur of the moment day trip to Utah It was more than we hoped for. We will be back again!

Excellent!

Beautiful property, with everything our family needed. It slept 9 people very comfortably with room for more. Very clean. Club house complete with pool, hot tub, lazy river, splash pad was a hit with our children. If we’d never left the pool they’d have been very content. The Property management company was very responsive. We look forward to coming back.

Can’t wait to go back

The house was so great. Great location to everything… Zion, St George, Sand Hollow. golf courses. Very quiet community. The pool was well kept and only a short walk from our unit. The house itself has so much space and an excellent option for 2 families to share.

Perfect location and accomodations

We stayed with extended family and had the best time at this property. The location was perfect to be able to explore various state parks and Zion. The pool area was perfect for the kids to play and the adults to relax with the lazy river and kids splash pad + hot tub. The condo was in excellent condition and the setup was perfect for 2 families staying here. The balcony area was really perfect for relaxation and outdoor family hangs. We had an incredible stay. The only thing that wasn't perfect were the beds in the kids rooms - the mattresses were fine but the metal bed frames (especially the bunkbed) were very shaky, noisy and the top bunk felt very unsafe for sleeping. We had to pull the mattress down to the ground for our daughter to sleep there safely - which then worked out just fine.

Family vacation to Zion/ Bryce canyon

Great location to get to Zion National Park and surrounding area. Property has clubhouse access to a very nice swimming pool, zero depth splash pad, and outdoor grill and seating area. Standard pool table and fooseball table also there for use. I don’t know if there was some new construction near by; my only criticism is the morning road noise was a bit loud. Didn’t seem to bother my kids at all. We turned up our white noise and that helped. Kitchen is well stocked. We even baked a bday cake while there! Checkout process is ver efficient and minimal compared to other VRBO’s I’ve rented in the past and very easy to communicate with property management. Overall, I would rent again without hesitation!

Comfort & fun close to Zion!

We loved our time at this property. The space is so comfortable, with lots of options for relaxing and hanging out. It was a perfect home base for us while we traveled around the area visiting the national and state parks. Especially with kids (ages 2-13), we appreciated having a quiet and comfortable place to relax after long days of hiking and exploring, and the pool (although pretty cold!) was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation in Zion!

We wanted ample space for our girls’ first trip to Zion and found this beautiful property on VRBO and the home and host went above and beyond our expectations. Jamie promptly answered all of my questions prior to the trip and the check in process was so easy and she stayed in touch with me throughout our stay. The home is so nicely appointed, clean, spacious, full of all the necessary amenities and we loved heading back to it after exploring Zion. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Jamie!!
