Less than 30 minutes from Zion National Park and 15 minutes from St George. Only minutes from Sand Hollow and Quail Creek and within walking distance of Grocery Store, restaurants, Fast food, Banks and Convenience stores. Home is surrounded by beautiful shade trees and backyard has privacy fence where you can sit by the pool and relax in privacy after a day of hiking and exploring. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and everything you will need to cook. 3 Newly remodeled bathrooms. This home has everything you need to be your home away from home. Come and enjoy our home as your Home base as you explore Zion and Southern Utah.

It was an amazing stay. The neighborhood was very quiet, the house was really nice and the surrounding areas were amazing. Very close to a lot of things. The host was very responsive to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to Southern Utah.

This house was perfect. Very clean and stocked with everything you would want. Easy drive to grift store and restaurants. The pool was an extra bonus. We hiked all day in the heat, then came home and relaxed in the pool. We will definitely rent this house again.

One of the Best places we stayed at. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/plates etc. The house was very clean. The only thing I could think of was maybe power wash the patio and the patio furniture before someone checks in. Highly recommend

What a great place! Plenty of room for families, fun pool area with some added floaties to use. The kitchen was great and stocked with some essentials making life easy to make meals while on vacay. The garage was usable with a garage door opener which is fantastic for hot days. It's about 25 min to Zion, no big deal.

Our stay in Hurricane was wonderful for our family of 5. The house was spotless, kitchen had all we needed, beds were very comfortable and the pool was nice to soak in after a day of hiking. Great neighborhood, great location & wonderful host! Highly recommended - we would stay here again!!

This house was perfect. We had 6 adults and 1 child. The house was clean and very comfortable. We felt like we were at home. The pool was perfect and beautiful. Layne responded fast when we had questions. It is a great location. We were in town for a wedding in St George and it was very convenient. Definitely recommend this house for your stay in the area!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. We especially loved the privacy of the backyard pool and found the size of the house to be perfect for our needs. The owner was very responsive, providing timely and helpful communication throughout our stay. The arrival instructions were clear, and the checkout details were thorough and easy to follow. The location was convenient, only about a 25-minute drive from Zion National Park with restaurants (River Rock Roasting Company) and grocery stores nearby. Despite being close to everything, the home felt private and was located in an adorable, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Great location in quiet neighborhood. Great layout for our family and well stocked kitchen. Very clean on the inside. Pool was great after we got the pool vacuum working, but host was helpful and quick to answer any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay again!

The house was clean and fairly well stocked. The kitchen had all the bowls and utensils that I like to have in a kitchen (some rentals are horribly stocked with random dishes that should have been donated years ago). All in all, we had a good stay and no big complaints.

Our stay was excellent! All of the check in Indy were very clear. The house was immaculate and well stocked. The pool was clean and beautiful and very private. We would definitely stay there again!The host was very responsive.
