Sand hollow weekend

Very fun trip, we golfed, rode dirt bikes and side by sides all weekend and had a blast. House was perfect for our group and was very close to our friends that have a home down there.

Great Place Overall but ......

The house is great in general, well equipped overall, a quiet friendly neighborhood, very open space on the street and not jam-packed like some locations, and excellent communication from Vacasa. The "but" there were two things that could be addressed for the future. 1 - TV's are old and not set up to work easily; in fact, the living room was super challenging but finally got the Roku to work but finicky. The master room never worked and equipment is beyond out of date. Just get simple smart TVs that are so inexpensive nowadays and this would be 1000 times easier for guests. 2 - There was no mention of a boat being parked in the garage and we rented this house specifically for the larger garage space and were not able to take advantage of this. The great thing is the neighborhood is very safe feeling and we left UTVs outside all week with zero issues and did not really feel like we would have an issue. It would have been nice to know about that prior to booking though so we could factor that in our decision.

Spacious, close to lakes

We appreciate the amount of space and beds available while staying on vacation here. The sheets and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and necessities, which we appreciated. In the add it said some bikes were available. All bikes but one were usable. Things in the home had signs like "don't mess or you'll screw it up" or things that were broken and needed attention and repair. If a bench is broken, remove it from the house so I don't have to keep my children off of it. The throw pillows on beds and couches seemed dirty. Like they've never been washed or updated. While cockroaches are a given in this area, we found some in the house. The shampoo and conditioner were switched and put in the wrong containers which was weird like they were reusing sample size bottles. We found hand prints on doors and furniture. We liked the close proximity to Quail and Sand Hollow. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The master bedroom needs window coverings in the bathroom. While we enjoyed our stay, I don't see us wanting to seek this one out again.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

The house was a great location for the activities we had planned. We spent a day at Sand Hollow and a day in Zions. The house was comfortable and met our needs. Check in was easy. The house is beautiful.

Family Getaway

We had the pleasure of staying at Sand Hollow Holiday this past week. The home is beautiful and was very well stocked. Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. The home was very clean and well kept and everything we needed for our family trip. 10/10!

A great place.

My husband and I took our children and their spouses and it was a great place! Nice bedrooms and great kitchen and living area. We had everything we needed.

XLNT overall. Beautiful VERY CLEAN. Comfortable. Why not 5 Star? Missing rear patio furniture. Even a small set would be nice. We brought our own camping chairs to sit outside and view mountains. Thanks! Dave Malone

Very comfortable home!

This home's layout is nice and open with several amenities that made it a plus. It's an hour away from Dixie National Forest and 45 minutes from Zion National Park. The home was extremely clean and we'll stocked, I would highly recommend keeping the cleaning staff happy since this has been the only home that has been this clean when renting from Vacasa. I will definitely return to this home and we have already recommended this place to friends and family.

Tons of space and super clean. Would have rated it a 5 except for two things: no outdoor seating at all, would have loved to work on the front patio, second the tv has no cable at all even very limited local channels and the main tv I couldn’t use the Roku because no code and I couldn’t use the Netflix because someone was signed in
