Memorial weekend yearly getaway

The whole layout was perfect for our group of 4 couples and 6 teen children there was plenty of space the private pool was perfect for after a long day just hanging out and lounging very close to sand hollow reservoir lots of parking for all of us hauling trailers and along with the 3 car garage. Although there was so a ton of dog hair like a golden retriever dog hair all over in the corners of the cement floor including a whole lot in the pantry. Luckily we had a leaf blower with us we was able to blow everything out as there wasn’t a broom and the vacuum was kinda to cheap to use. Also lots of dog hair in the personal pool but it came with a pool cleaner we has used to get it out. We will absolutely stay here again. We loved the separation of the rooms with the bunks where the teens slept also the community pool and amenities were a fav

Rough start

Visited with my family of 14. 8 adults and 6 small kids ages 1,2,2,3,4, and 7. We chose this unit for the fun bunk rooms so the kids could be together while the parents stayed up playing games, but the bunk rooms were in a different building and you had to go outside to get to the the room. We couldn’t leave them alone. It would be great for older kids and teenagers would love it. Not good for small kids. We showed up and noticed pet hair on the floors, walls, beds, and pillows. I know this is a pet friendly place but it was more than should be expected. We had to wipe a couple walls, mop the floors twice and wash 1 bed’s bedding before we could even start with the vacation. The dressers and decorations had a little dust but other than that it was clean. Everything in the kitchen was clean and very nice. I messaged the host and got quick responses until we checked in. I messaged about the bedding and floors and after a while I just got a message that said sorry, all I can do is bring new sheets, which we never saw. I found another number to contact with issues and they were a lot more helpful and quicker to respond. There was a problem with the pool cover opening and closing. The pool is kept at 90 and is an additional fee if you want it higher. They did waive that fee for us which was nice. The community pool and spa were not heated. We did have a great time with our minor issues.

Good time

The house was great and big. Pool was good for relaxation. Still needs a few items to make it like home but overall was a great time. Was great to get peaches and pecans up on the corner. Was nice to have a garage with the house. Would stay here again.

Family Vacation visiting Zion

In total, there were 18 family members who stayed at the house comfortably, with plenty of space for the kids to run around, swim, and sleep. There were a total of 10 bunk beds, and each kid had their own room, along with three rooms for the adult parents. The AC maintained a steady 72 degrees, keeping the 115-degree heat outside. The community pool was great, Costco was 20 minutes away, and Walmart was less than 5 minutes away. The house was well-equipped and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. I will definitely plan to stay here again the next time we visit Utah. Everyone had a great time, and it was the perfect place for our family gathering.

Great stay

This was a fun property to stay at. The little kids all loved the pool (it is a small one, but still fun) and the older kids loved the community pools. The tables were a great size for board games. Rooms were big and clean, loved that each had it's own bathroom! Overall a wonderful stay!

New Years Vacation

Wonderful property! One of the best places we have stayed in the St George area! Owners were friendly and so accommodating. Location was perfect and the community was very fun and family friendly! We will be staying here again!
