This house worked well for my husband and I and 4 teenage wrestlers. Plenty of room to hang out and sleep. The stocked kitchen was very convenient and there was lots for kids to do as well.The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was that I wish a couple of the bedrooms had tvs. Once video games were in play, my husband and I had nothing to watch while relaxing in the evening.

House was nice right by a private beach!! Would recommend a deep cleaning. The ceilings had cob webs all over them and the dining room table chairs were dirty. Also the sliding doors in the sunroon rooms lock is broken. It locks with if you pull it it will still open. Overall good trip and nice house just minor details.

Great location for Cedar Point

We wanted a place close to Cedar Point and this was great, it's about a 10 minute drive to Sandusky and to Cedar Point. The only comment I have is I wish it had better seating options around the main tv. There were 4 adults and 3 teens in our group and we couldn't all sit in the room together.

The location was wonderful. So close to so many incredible attractions. The house was cozy and the sun room was perfect for spend time with friends. The only downside was that the kitchen was crawling with ants otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

CP Family getaway 2025

We had a good time staying there. We rented it since it was close to Cedar Point. We did have to throw out food because of ants, the traps just weren't enough. The bed in the downstairs has a comfy memory foam mattress, but not recommended for seniors who may have trouble getting up from low spaces. The bed sits to close to the floor. The house is set up for small infants to teens. There were no passes to see the beach, we thought the fire pit, chairs were in this backyard, they are not.Jessie.

The Perfect Vacation

Everything was wonderful, My kids loved the space. Very quiet and clean Neighborhood. The View is to die for, especially if you’re a nature person. Stores were pretty close….!! We enjoyed ourselves.

Cute and convenient

The house had everything we needed. It was a quick drive to lots of local fun spots, including Cedar Point. We enjoyed the game room, little library, the fully-stocked kitchen, and the easy walk to the beach. Our three kids (13-19) found their accommodations to be great. The older adults struggled with the comfort of the lower-level bed and ended up sleeping on the couches, which were nice to have as a backup. Overall, we really enjoyed the place and appreciate the many wonderful amenities it offered.

Huron Wallete Trip

Great property in a great location. Very comfortable stay with everything we could need. Getting the boat in and out was a little tricky but we managed to get it done and got better at it over the 5 days. A gas grill would put it over the top for us but again, we managed nicely and had a great trip!

Mostly as advertised, few hiccups

According to pictures, I thought the home would back up to the beach. It does not. The beach isn't that far down the rd and you can see it from the house. There was no beach pass available anyway. I wasn't given the entry code nor instructions until i actually arrived at the property, even though i had messaged and let them know my ETA for arrival. Day 2 i was wondering why it was so cool downstairs even though it was decentlywarm upstairs. Come to find out, the locks were engaged on the side sliding windows, but they weren't actually locked. We had up to 40mph wind gusts on day 3. Apparently the upstairs bathroom window wasn't locked either as it was super cold in there that night. The can opener also wasn't working. It was an easy fix as i secured all windows so i simply made mention to Host about the issue. Overall, this was a 5 star stay! Nothing complicated. Multiple entrances/ exit to the home. Laundry room was decent. Dishwasher, coffee, etc etc. The central unit kept the house warm. Bathrooms were clean and linens easily available. I would stay again!
