La villa est magnifique et très confortable. Elle est un peu éloignée du centre, donc il faut juste être organisé avec les tuk tuk pour les déplacements. Mais super séjour, on espère y retourner.

This is the third stay in this property, we love where it is situated, the views from the roof terraces are great. There are the different places to eat outside and the pool is a lovely size. We would definitely stay in this Vila again.

Beautiful stay!

Love this property! Everything was as described/pictured. Very comfortable bedrooms, the kitchen is nicely stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, even a dishwasher. The pool area is lovely and the various balconies and outdoor seating areas are great. It is very quiet here. Loved the El Gouna area as well. Fun restaurants and shops downtown and the beaches are just a short drive away. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Schöne ruhige Villa, entspannte Zeit

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Graziellas Villa mit viel Platz, Zimmer und Bad für zwei Familien (drei wären auch machbar), einem großen, sauberen Pool und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben die ruhige Lage, die Lagunen, und die schöne Aussicht genossen und gleichzeitig ist man mit den Toktoks schnell in die Stadt zum Essen oder Shoppen, oder auch zum Strand gekommen. Die Strände sind leider alle außer dem Buzzha Strand (vor allem zum Kiten, aber auch für Kinder geeignet) kostenpflichtig, meist muss man etwa 10 Euro zahlen. Für die Hin- und Rückfahrt vom/zum Flughafen haben wir ein Uber (plus gutes Trinkgeld, da wirklich günstig) gebucht, das hat gut geklappt. Zum Essen können wir das Zomba Restaurant empfehlen mit traditionellem ägyptischen Essen. Sehr lecker und erschwinglich, sie liefern auch, ebenso wie der Supermarkt, nach Hause. Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Amazing outside

Just got back to the uk. Villa was located well. Only downfall to this villa was didn’t look like had been cleaned for weeks. Thick of dust everywhere. Couldn’t have a bath as was no plug. Getting the tv to work took ages as wouldn’t connect to the box. The best thing about this villa is the outside. The outlook and the pool.

Super schöne Villa in toller Lage

Es war sehr schön, die Villa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat einen gewissen Reitz! Es wirkt Ägyptisch😀 Die Lage ist herrlich, der Blick auf die Lagune ist phantastisch! Durch die Tuk Tuk´s ist man sehr gut in ganz El Gouna angebunden und man benötigt kein eigenes Fahrzeug. Kosten tun die auch nicht viel, für bis zu drei Personen pro Fahrt, egal wohin, innerhalb El Gouna ´s, einen €. Garten und Pool werden fast täglich gepflegt und sind topp in Schuß! Ohne dass das stört. Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr gut, bis auf den Einlass nach Elgouna, dort fehlte der Cod! Bitte vor Anreise danach fragen. Hat aber dann noch funktioniert. Wenn man überhaupt was anmerken kann wäre das, dass auf den vielen schönen Terrassen Sitzgelegenheiten sein könnten und von den Betten die Inles getauscht werden sollten ( Scheißgeruch)! Wir waren sehr froh dort gebucht zu haben!

Very nice house in El Gouna, beautiful pool. well equipped house. Everything is available nearby (restaurants, shops, ...), a means of transport is however essential. Security procedures at the various gates sometimes a bit restrictive. However, this is not the ideal place to snorkling.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, the pool was fantastic and all the different places to sit were great. The villa was in a really quiet location with a lovely lagoon and a nice views. The inside of the villa was homely and had a well equipped kitchen, but is in need of a little tlc. It’s not too far to walk into El Gouna, where there’s plenty of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully next year.

Avis très mitigé

La maison de Graziella est merveilleuse, très bien décorée, confortable, spacieuse, bien entretenue et propre. L'extérieur et la piscine sont des atouts non négligeables, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à El Gouna. Cependant, la communication avec l'hôte a été plus que difficile... La veille de notre arrivée nous n'avions toujours pas de nouvelles d'elle (pas d'indications pour arriver, aucune info sur les documents à fournir etc) et ce malgré plusieurs messages. Attention, prévoir 50€ pour le property manager et le wifi est en supplément. Une fois sur place, nous avons été bloqués pendant 2h auprès du service de sécurité d'El Gouna car la propriétaire n'avait pas envoyé l'ensemble de nos passeports afin de nous permettre d'acceder a la propriété (sur 6 passeports, seuls 3 avaient été communiqués...) Aucune réponse de l'hôte ou du property manager afin de nous venir en aide. Nous avons dû réserver une chambre d'hôtel supplémentaire (150€) pour les 3 personnes afin de pouvoir entrer a El Gouna... Le lendemain la communication a été a nouveau très difficile, aucune confirmation de l'envoi des passeports ce qui nous a forcé à rester dans l'enceinte d'El Gouna plutôt que de faire les visites que nous avions prévu. Aucune proposition commerciale ni excuses de la part de l'hôte pour la gene occasionnée... En conclusion, un avis très mitigé la propriété est magnifique mais la propriétaire est laxiste, non disponible et manque d'attention.......

Die Villa ist Traumhaft schön gelegen ,direkt an der Lagune . Sie ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet . Der große Pool lud täglich zum Schwimmen ein . Der Verwalter der Villa ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn Fragen oder Wünsche auftauchen . Ich bin mit meinen beiden erwachsen Töchtern dort gewesen und würde diese Villa jederzeit wieder buchen .

Sehr schönes Haus, Preisleistung passt

Sehr schöne Villa, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist Ägyptenstyle. Etwas abgelegen in El Guna, aber dafür hat man auch seine Ruhe. Für 20 Pfund, ca 1€ wird man abgeholt und zu den Restaurants oder Supermarkt gefahren. Zurück das selbe. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, kann ich empfehlen.

Perfect family vacation!! The villa is well equipped in a wonderful spot, very relaxing and private location over the lagoon.. the owner is really helpful and nice. I woudnt hesitate to do it again. Definetly its Worth the money. Very clean place too
