The resort itself is lovely, though it could use a few extra touches like robes and slippers. The staff were friendly overall, but communication before arrival was disappointing. I had reached out in advance to organise something and never received a reply, even though the team later confirmed they had seen my message.
It’s also worth noting that for stays shorter than a week, the à la carte dining options aren’t available. While this may be common for all-inclusive resorts, it wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time.
On a positive note, the assistant manager, Ahmed, was extremely helpful and made a real effort to accommodate us during our stay.
Overall, it’s a good resort and we had an enjoyable experience, but better pre-arrival communication would have made a big difference so do consider that if you have any special requests ahead of your visit.
