We stayed in this beautiful lake-front property with some friends for the weekend and absolutely loved it! Definitely worth the extra money to stay right on the water. The views were magical! The home is well equipped with anything you need. Melissa was absolutely amazing and very quick to respond to help with any and all questions that we had. She was very accommodating to our requests which we all appreciated very much. We can't wait to book another trip here!

We stayed at a beautiful home in Huntsville right on the lake. The views from the deck were absolutely stunning—perfect for morning coffee or winding down at sunset. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook for a group. The whole setting was peaceful and picturesque, tucked away in a location that felt like a true getaway.

Beautiful home, beautiful location

We had a wonderful long weekend celebrating our 10th anniversary with friends at this gorgeous property, right on the reservoir. The views from the decks of the sunrise and sunset were highlights of our stay. We’ll be back!

Fantastic!!

Beautiful home. Well provbisioned. Gorgeous views. Well managed. Close proximity to Powder Mountain and Snow Basin for skiing, on the resevoir for summer water sports, and surrounded by beautiful nature.

Fabulous stay

You really can’t do better than this place. Amazing location and beautiful condo. I came out to ski with 8 friends and we all had a wonderful time. Excellent access to both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. We were happy to come home after our ski days! Melissa was a terrific host. Always available and very helpful with our questions. My whole group raves about this trip. We will be back!

Fantastic Family Spring Break

We brought our family of 6 to stay for spring break near some friends who live in Huntsville. It was likely our best ski vacation ever. Comfortable and convenient and yet also private and quiet as opposed to the big traditional resorts. Already looking forward to doing it again in the future!

The rental home was as advirtised in every way! Great llocation, clean, well equiped, comfortable beds! Melissa was wonderful with communications! Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Winter Refuge

The pictures don't really do the home and view justice. The two upstairs master suites each have private views across the pineview reservoir and two the mountains. It is such a peaceful and beautiful setting. Access to Snow Basin was a fast 15 minute drive, the world class terrain and resort was perfect for our group with varied skill levels. Home had all we needed to cook meals for our family group and I enjoyed using the covered bbq as well. Beds were comfy (I asked all the folks in our group - as this is a big deal for me :) and the home has a modern design with a warm / cozy feel. Melissa was super responsive, helpful and easy to work with. She will make sure you have all you need for your stay. Can't recommend this home more highly!

Fantastic house in a great location.

Absolutely loved this home. It was so clean and the furniture was perfect. It was set up exactly how you’d home. We loved our stay, a perfect place to get away.

Nice house with a beautiful lake view

The house itself was great. The view of the lake and mountains was very nice. We received a welcome gift which was also quite nice. I would return to this property. My only drawback was that during the evening, the bugs were crazy so make sure all the windows and doors are closed before dusk!

Great lake house!!!

Our family had a great time at this lake house! It is modern, clean, well equipped and well stocked. The A/C worked great and during our time it was needed! The furniture was comfortable with the exception of the steel-framed chairs in the upstairs living room. All the beds were clean and comfortable. Rugs in the bedrooms were a bit bunched and could have been a trip hazard. The manager, Melissa, was wonderful and extremely responsive. The view of the lake was magnificent! The house is very close to the boat launch ramps which we used each day. The balcony and deck really need furniture, however we don’t recommend sitting out after dark due to swarms of bugs. There are great restaurants and a grocery store within a 10 to 15 minute drive. The standard 2-car was large enough on one side for a full-size truck. Our whole family enjoyed the stay!

Perfect ski house

We loved the new and modern house. Awesome place for friends with plenty of bedrooms, spacious living areas, stunning views, perfect set up. Super clean and well stocked. Communication was amazing. We’ll be back!

10/10 Amazing!!

This place is phenomenal. We got there at night so I didn't realize the amazing view of mountains and lake until the morning. Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need. The perfect gathering place for a large family or group of friends. Hot tub is awesome too. We stayed in winter and we'll definitely be staying again! Any season would be a dream staying at this place. It's huge!
