The view of the mountains and lake were stunning. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working but the property owner did help make it right. The hot tub picture was a bit misleading in it's condition. Overall, the home was lovely and we very much enjoyed the peaceful getaway. Thank you for sharing your Utah home with us.

Great location, cute place, updates needed! Sometimes it's the little things like only 4 place settings, and 3 chairs for a family of four, hot tub out of order, kitchen lights inoperable, saggy uncomfortable couch that feel like big things when they all add up. Lots of potential here, but definite updates needed!

The management company was amazing!! However the condo is dated. Bleach stains on carpet, sagging sofa, not enough lamps. Maker nor water hooked up in refrigerator. Dishwasher not hooked into the wall. Beds saggy. Seriously mislead … by the exceptional ranking. Needs love

Place is very nice. Has a great view. The hot tub was nice though the cover is damaged and doesn’t buckle down. The Internet was too slow to use the TV upstairs and unfortunately it didn’t have an over the air option. Downstairs worked great. Check in and check out were very easy and the place was super easy to find.

Beautiful views. Very clean with everything we would have needed. There was not a tv in the 2nd bedroom but we were so busy with activities we didn’t need it. Liked that both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms with hot showers (that is often a rarity). Had a question and the property manager got back to me in literally less than 5 minutes. A great experience.

Nothing super fancy but plenty spacious, and we enjoyed the view, natural light, grill, and hot tub. The master bedroom and bathroom are huge! There wasn't any lotion, tissues, or pantry essentials provided (only salt, pepper, and sugar)-- a heads up about these things would have been helpful. Also, the sliding door out to the deck didn't have a screen, so we had some bugs flying around inside, which was annoying.

Good, but short on some things

We love this neighborhood and community and stay there every time we go to Huntsville. This particular unit did not meet all of our expectations, but most. The mattress in the master needs replacement. There were not washcloths for every member of the family, the ones provided were labeled makeup, which is fine, and useable for the body, but only 2 were provided for 4 people. There was not a dishcloth to wipe counters or clean dishes. A sponge was there, but that is completely unsanitary and we were very disappointed. It is also difficult to clean up spills when less than half a roll of paper towels is provided and no dishcloth. The hot tub was not at a good water level when we arrived, but was fixed very quickly when contacting the manager. The person who came was very nice and professional. Our biggest disappointment was that the check out was 10 AM. Hotels do not require check out before 11 and the extra hour is quite helpful. Would have liked a late checkout even, but did not see the ability to do one. 10 AM is WAY too early, especially for families.

Fridge issue, otherwise good

Right off the bat we had to call the property manager because the door code they emailed us didn't work. She answered right away & was super friendly. She gave us another code to enter with, so that issue was swiftly solved. Overall, we really enjoyed our 4-night stay at this property. It was clean & comfortable. The hot tub on the deck was wonderful, the grill worked great, the sleeping accommodations were comfortable, the tub in the master bathroom was large & I liked that there was a separate shower. However, the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the fridge side of the refrigerator didn't work. It stayed warm no matter what we tried. We became aware of the issue that 1st night after returning from the grocery store with 4 days' worth of groceries. I immediately called the property manager to report it & requested someone come out to repair it. The woman I spoke to was very friendly & said she'd send someone to fix it the next morning, but that never happened. That was frustrating & I should've called again, but I didn't. We just tried to make it work. They had to already be aware that the fridge wasn't working before we arrived because there was a small block of ice in the freezer upon our arrival. We ended up moving the ice over to the fridge to keep the food we bought cool, but it was a major hassle & it completely melted in less than 2 days. We ended up throwing away several items due to safety concerns. Other than the fridge issue, it was wonderful!

Excellent condo - just as advertised

This is a very comfortable condo, with a nice view of Snowbasin and conveniently located about a 10 min. drive from it. It was very clean, with good linens and towels, and everything in working order. It is professionally run, and our communications with the manager were easy and reliable. The kitchen is very well stocked for a family of 4, with the exception of the drinking glasses being rather old and there being no cutting board (that we could find). The hot tub worked great and was a nice place to enjoy a drink after skiing. Overall, although not luxurious, this unit was very comfortable, clean, and an excellent value. I would recommend it.

Great Condo with Beautiful View of Lake

This unit is in our favorite condo complex near Pineview Reservoir. Easy access to the lake by following a short trail from the back of the complex. There is a nice view of the lake off the back deck. and we loved having the private hot tub. Owners responded quickly to any questions during our stay. We had a fun weekend. Thank you!

Great Location - Clean and Comfortable

The condo is very nice and has a nice floor plan to separate the bedrooms upstairs from the living and kitchen area downstairs. It works well when you are ready to "go up to bed" and transition to a quiet private area. Both bedrooms offered a private bath which is nice for getting ready in the mornings. The view is amazing of the mountains and the lake. The fireplace is also easy to start and offers a fan to provide a little extra warmth in the living room after a long day on the mountain. The kitchen is well stocked with nice items; it made it easy to enjoy the space and feel at home cooking in the evenings.

Going beyond to make it an amazing experience.

It was a perfect skiing weekend with the boys. I would not even mention the very minor hiccups… but the only reason to do so is for the how well the owner took care of them. For that I would give the property 6 out of 5 stars. We had a wonderful weekend and the house was just perfect. Great location and well stocked house make it a very comfortable stay.

Lakeside Condo

I am a regular VRBO devotee/renter and always wish to give top ratings to places I have chosen/stayed. And, every one of the past 7 places I’ve stayed over the past 2 years have all been exceptional for about the same cost - including a different rental across the road in Huntsville just 2 months ago. Sadly, I cannot, in good faith, give high marks as I always have before in regards to Unit 42. This condo complex has been around for quite some time. When I first started coming here the condos were lovely. Fresh, clean, beautifully appointed…Unfortunately, this particular unit is a disappointment. The space is more than adequate and the location very good - close to Snowbasin and Powder Mountain - which is why we rented in this area. But, the unit itself is in great need of updating… It appears this particular condo has not had much in the way of TLC…the furniture is original - which makes the sofa difficult to sit on and quite uncomfortable.. The furnishings are worn and show their age. The bar stools are ripped and clearly need replacing. The sliding screen is ripped, the outdoor furniture randomly strewn about on the porch and cushions on the porch floor. It is fortunate that we skied most of the day and simply used the condo as a stopover each night. The unit manager, Brady, was a very nice young man and arrival and departure were seamless thanks to him. He is an asset to the owners. Hoping that this unit might get the TLC it deserves to bring it up to speed.
