  • Este condominio Lakeside Resort con garaje privado adjunto es 2277 pies cuadrados. Cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje privada y parrilla de barbacoa de gas en sus dos patios privados. En el nivel principal se encuentran la cocina surtida con cafetera, sala de estar y comedor, medio baño y suite principal con bañera de hidromasaje. En el segundo nivel hay una segunda sala de estar, una cocina pequeña, una habitación tamaño king, una habitación con literas, una cama plegable en la pared, un baño completo y una lavadora y secadora. El alojamiento más cercano a Snowbasin y a unos pasos del sendero que baja a la playa y al embalse de Pineview.


    EL ESPACIO:
    Nuevos televisores de pantalla plana de alta definición con cable y acceso a Netflix por encima de las dos estaciones de gas. Cocina totalmente equipada con máquina de café espresso profesional en la planta superior, cocina con segundo refrigerador, lavaplatos y microondas en la planta baja.     ACCESO DE INVITADOS:
    Las comodidades en el complejo Lakeside son: Casa club con futbolín y mesa de billar, gimnasio, piscina al aire libre y piscina para niños (abierta desde Memorial Day-Labor Day), gran bañera de hidromasaje comunitaria (abierta todo el año), 2 canchas de tenis, una tiene una Aro de baloncesto y un sendero hacia abajo, a solo unos pasos de la puerta de entrada al lago y la playa.

    ESTACIONAMIENTO:
    Un montón de aparcamiento en y delante del garaje. Además de otros tres pases de estacionamiento en el área común del complejo.

    El estacionamiento reservado para botes también está disponible dentro del complejo por $ 15 por día.

    EL VECINDARIO:
    El alojamiento más cercano a Snowbasin Resort, también a solo 15 minutos de distancia, es otra estación de esquí clasificada a nivel nacional, Powder Mountain y Nordic Valley.

    MOVERSE:

Perfect location and well appointed Condo

Had a great time and the condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is perfect to Snowbasin. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here and will stay again

Ski Trip

The Condo was as advertised if not better. It's the best equipped rental I have ever seen. The proximity to Snow Basin is the best in the area.

Really appreciated how well stocked the condo was. From consumables (paper towels, napkins, etc) to every kitchen appliance you could need. Great location close to Snowbasin. Very happy with the property.

The condo was fantastic! We've stayed in a dozen or so different condos at Lakeside over the years, and this one was by far the best. The owner was very accommodating, the unit has clearly been updated, and it was stocked with extras of everything we needed. We’ll definitely rent this unit again!

Perfect place for Snowbasin

House is lovely, well kitted out and exactly as per the review. 6 friends came for the weekend, 2 double bedrooms, one Murphy bed in the 2nd living room and bunk beds with a further pop out bed all comfortable. Easy ski bus within 15 mins to Snowbasin and hot tub perfect!

Great property

Property was exactly as advertised. Great location a short walk to the lake. Very clean when we arrived. Contained all of the cookware required to cook our meals. Host was responsive. Would book again and recommend to others.

We went skiing and snowboarding in March for Spring Break. This is a short and convenient drive.

Excellent property. Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen with great pans and coffee options. Bathroom essentials provided. Great location for Snowbasin resort. A quick 15 minute drive (absent traffic). The hot tub was nice too. Our family was very happy in this unit, lots of room. We highly recommend this rental.

Awesome unit, perfectly maintained and stocked

Great unit, great host. Everything perfectly stocked and organized. Clean, quiet. Good location in the complex - zero traffic noise, even on the deck. Well decorated and very comfortable. I’d 100% stay in this unit again. Thanks, Gavin!

Amazing stay near Snow Basin ski resort

My family of 5 stayed here with our 3 kids who are in their 20’s. Everyone had lots of space to relax and we loved going into the jacuzzi at night. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed with lots of spices for cooking. We enjoyed our quick drive to ski and thankfully had some nice snow. Not a lot of choices to eat out but loved Carlos and Harley’s and especially the burgers at Shooting Star Saloon. Overall, we all had a great time and would love to stay again at this place during the summer and definitely for another ski vacation!

Ski review

Dishes were not microwave safe. Strongly recommend a regular coffee pot. Thought master both had connected bathrooms. Very well outfitted. Towels etc. Otherwise clean and very nice and quiet. Perfect location for snowbasin.

Great property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is ideal for both Powder Mountain and Snow Basin. It can comfortably sleep two families. The house was well stocked and comfortable. My only issue with the condo was that you can hear the people walking around upstairs and when they are playing music, etc. But location and overall condo def outweigh that.

We had a great time at Gavin's place in Huntsville. Close to Snowbasin and Mormon Muffins at The Greenery Restaurant. We had a lovely time!

Winter Wonderland

Our family of 6, spent Christmas week at this wonderful property. We had 3 guests for a couple days and there was plenty of room for all of us. House has everything a family or group would need for a perfect stay: we cooked most of our meals, played games, watched Christmas movies, used the hot tub every night and played pull at the club house. Only a few minutes from Snow Basin, we took the shuttle to go skiing, it stops right outside property. Gavin was super helpful, prompt and communicative when we asked for suggestions or had questions about the house. We will definitely go back!

Great Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving week. The kitchen is well stocked which was very helpful for Thanksgiving preparations. The layout of the house worked out well for us too. We enjoyed having two living areas. The views from the property were amazing as well. Gavin was very responsive when we had a few minor issues with the main gate and the internet. Both issues were remedied quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Location

Our family loved staying here for our family reunion. The condo was so organized, it felt like home! Also, the area is beautiful…all the surrounding mountains and closeness to two ski resorts! So much fun! Thanks!

A lovely house for our family in a wonderful area to explore

Our family had a great stay at this house- lots of space for the five of us- everything was so clean and well stocked from kitchen items to pool toys and cleaning items. We enjoyed the access to the community pool, the beach just a short walk away and used the hot tub. The house is in a great location for exploring the museums in Ogden and the ski resort. The owner even helped us recover items of sentimental value that were left behind. Would recommend for families looking to explore the area.

Perfect Utah getaway

We had a lovely stay! Communication with owner was excellent. House was top-notch clean, beds very comfortable, layout of home and size was great. I have to say I am usually wary of hot tubs, but the hot tub at this home was so clean and looked brand new. The home is just maintained in perfect condition. The lake is beautiful, the community that this townhouse is in - very nice. We stay at a lot of VRBO homes when travelling or on vacation, and this was one of the best!

Great location

We loved being so close to Snow Basin and the base of the canyon. The unit was well stocked, super clean and check in and out were a breeze. Definitely recommend!

Gavins place was great! It had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The views are great and it is a short walking distance to the lake. We will definitely be coming back!

Great family getaway

This condo is well located, clean, well stocked with comfy beds. It was great for boating on Pineview and hiking up at Snow Basin for a long weekend.
