This gorgeous home is nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. It has a convenient location near Hampton Cove (Robert Trent Jones Golf Course), It's only a few miles from Huntsville, Alabama (Space & Rocket Center) (Arsenal), and Guntersville, Alabama (Fishing). The area offers lots of restaurants and shopping along with several nature trails. We also have the space to park a boat or R.V. if needed. We offer that large Sothern style front porch with rocking chairs and a swing to catch the amazing sunrise and a huge back porch to capture a romantic sunset. we have a BBQ grill available, Magnolia House boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a porta crib, perfect for families or groups. Guests can refresh in any of the 3 bathrooms, two featuring a bathtub and shower. We also offer a Large Game Room with a pool Table and many games. Wi-Fi is provided. We offer Hulu, Disney, and ESPN which can be watched in nearly every room of the house. We also have an iron and ironing board provided along with a washer and dryer. Enjoy cooking in our fully stocked kitchen. We have an office provided should you choose to work. It has two recliners should you choose to sit back relax and read one of the books from our library, The space feels serene and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure. Whether you’re unwinding or gathering with loved ones, this adorable home provides a welcoming Southern atmosphere. A beautiful view of a pond.
