Positives, the house look nice on the inside and the bed comfortable to sleep on, and it's a fence backyard, so my pig can run around in, but now for the negatives, the stairs on both sides were too high for my pig to walk on, they provide me a ramp, which didn't work out very well for him, the backyard has no shade and there's no easy access to get to the backyard, unless you go around the house and the neighborhood didn't look good, also the house is not handicap accessible and the bathtub spickit is not attached right, also the shower leaks, I give it a 2.5/5 stars.

Host was very responsive to any questions. Three trucks and three boats stayed here for a tournament. Plenty of parking and outlets worked well for charging. Great stay for a resonable price. Chad

Rock the South

We stayed here for Rock the South. It was not a bad drive at all for us each day. The house was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens to stay in. It was an easy location to get it and out of.

We all make mistakes

Arrived at our VRBO only to find someone else already there. Seems they had a new reservation program and the property was double booked. The Owner went above and beyond to find us another place to stay. Can't rate the place fairly, but only the owner.

Leave the lights on!

Woke up in the middle of the night, around 1am, walked to kitchen to get some water. I turned on the hallway light on saw something moving on the curtains in the living room. Several huge bugs! Mercy! No more sleep that night and left early as I could. The backyard was grown up and there were leaves at the front and back which probably contributed to the bugs.

Great deal and great stay!

Excellent communication with owners. Nice, well-renovated home with spacious kitchen and living area. The kitchen had various cookware and utensils. It was located in a convenient area and we were thrilled to be able to bring our three furbabies also which was a huge bonus for us as we were unable to get them boarded at the time. Although we did not have children, it was nice they had toys available. I would recommend this home. Thanks for the hospitality!

Nice Property Despite Unexpected Visitors

We stayed in the "White House" as our family called it for just over 2 weeks while we waited for our home goods to b shipped from overseas to Decatur. We had a pretty nice stay... //----The Good----// The place was plenty big for the 5 of us It is located near a playground, great for our 3 boys It is within 5 mins of 565/31, VERY easy commute to Huntsville It was priced VERY well The owners respond QUICKLY, usually in under 5 mins The check in/out process is SUPER EASY //---The not so good----// The neighborhood is ok, not great but not bad, sort of in between We had to deal with bugs (maggots and roaches) throughout our stay... some of this was attributed to the previous guest not taking out the trash some I am not real sure about. The owners did deal with both bug issues the same day or the next day they were notified. //---What could Improve---// Some additional cookware/cooking utensils would be great //---Overall---/// We would stay again.

Loved This VRBO!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. It is clean, well furnished, plenty of amenities, and was just perfect for my family. The hosts were very helpful, also. It was so nice. I will definitely be booking again next time we are in the area.

Perfect and Clean

Property manager is super friendly and very responsive with any questions I had prior to our arrival. The parking was perfect, the neighborhood was good and seemed quiet. The house is SOOOO cute and well decorated! Plenty of room and very well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen utensils. Smelled good and was very clean! There was even toys for the kiddos which my son LOVED. The Roku TV and the complimentary Netflix was sooo nice!! Super easy check in and check out procedures!! Will definitely keep this rental in mind for our next visit!! Definitely 5 stars!!!!

No privacy

The entire time I was here they had ppl working it was no privacy. I couldn’t enjoy myself at all. They had ppl working while my family and I was here the entire time. The husband even told me do not block there drive way because of the workers. It was no privacy and very rude to my guest
