  • Located on Pineview Reservoir - this is a 1300 SF 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, fully equipped kitchen, large great room, outdoor patio with private entrance at ground level (no steps). Dedicated parking only 75 ft from entrance. Guests have full access to HOA pool (open May thru September), Hot Tub, Pickle Ball Court, Bocce Ball, Horse Shoe Pits and Pineview Reservoir access. Beautiful views. Only 8 miles to Snowbasin, 2 miles to historic Town of Huntsville and 14 miles to Powder Mountain.

The space was a great size with comfortable sturdy furniture and we loved having a big kitchen. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The amenities of the community were very nice to have and we used the pool area multiple times. The rental was the ground level of their home but it wasn't awkward like some rentals connected to homes are. Overall we had a great stay and would come back again. Thank you Andy!

The place was great! Andy was so accommodating and helped to make our stay perfect. Caught fish from the beach. The kids played frisbee and flew a kite in the grass right in front of our place. No need to drive anywhere to have great time. Will definitely return.

Perfect stay

Andy is very welcoming, accommodating and a great host. We love staying here it is close to where the rest of our family stays, and it is just as listed!!! Will stay again!

Lake getaway

We stayed in town for a race at Snowbasin and this was the perfect location. Close to everything we wanted and we got to enjoy the lake and the amenities each day. We were very comfortable here and would book again.

Awesome Getaway

The best host we have ever had and a great place to stay! Very clean, convenient, nice and great views!! Highly recommending this apartment to stay at if you are planning a trip to Huntsville area.

The property was in great condition and was perfect for myself and 3 kids. Easy access, great location, and the owners were very easy to interact with. I will definitely stay here again!

Pineview Anniversary Stay

Great property, with a lovely porch view of the lake. Very peaceful and fun to watch all the hummingbirds around.

I loved our stay there very peaceful. THE ONLY THING WAS POOL WAS NEVER CLEANED , MY HUSBAND AND I HAD TO CLEAN IT .THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

Fantastic hosts

Great property and amazing hosts. Our family had such a fun time here. The property is in a great location, the area is gorgeous. The property was awesome. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil/tool you need. The hosts are really nice and have superb communication.

Perfect getaway

Perfect place right next to the reservoir. Plenty to do between the pool and hot tub, paddle boarding, bike riding, hiking, and more. The hosts were very accommodating, and we would hoghly recommend this VRBO space.

We arrived after dark, property was very poorly lit at entry area which was rear basement sliding glass door. No identifying numbers to entry point so took about 15 minutes to find rear entry to property in dark. Beautiful property, but photos of 3 story building were misleading. This is a basement lower level apartment. Loved the property for sure, but check in after dark was tough. Coffee provided got us through but coffee condiments such as individual sugars or alternatives and creamer would have been fantastic. Comfortable beds, however coverlet was not adequate bedding for guests. A simple more plush bedding upgrade would have been fabulous. Although not the owner's fault, parking pad near sprinklers covered our vehicle with water spots literally drenched our vehicle and all glass on vehicle. Be advised that the parking pad gets blasted with water from sprinklers very very badly. Lovely property, wonderful location. Just suggest a few simple hospitality upgrades and better lighting to identify the property entrance would have been 5 stars across the board.

great lake and mountain getaway

Ground floor unit with all we needed for a great family weekend of hiking, skiing, star watching, and potential kayaking (if it weren't snowing). Friendly and helpful host - thank you!
