Well let's start by saying this was the worst stay ive ever had through an expedia property. As I walked into the office I walked into massive amounts of some kind of chemical sprayed in the air. So bad I had to leave the office for open for a minute. The woman who checked me in seemed real nice and polite. She did the check-in process and proceed to tell us we were on the 3rd floor. And then followed up with the statement of "by the way our elevator doesn't work". So we had to climb to the 3rd floor not once but twice to get our belongings upstairs. We enter the kitchenette room to find no toilet paper, no dishes at all, left over food in cabinets from previous guests, the floor hadn't been mopped, there was tons of hair still in the bathtub so it clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was dried blood under the corner of the fridge. When I addressed these concerns I was told I couldn't get a new room or a refund cause I had already checked in. The next morning I was hoping for management to be there to be greeted with a locked door and a note saying call a phone number. This was 930am btw. I asked about the tub being cleaned or gloves to do it myself and was told I need to go buy my own. When I returned that evening I tried to contact them about the TV to be repeatedly hung up on every time I called. The hallways and stairwells had tons of trash in them. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had and wouldn't recommend a dog stay here. I do have pictures for proof.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer für das Wochenende gebucht und war begeistert, es makellos sauber vorzufinden, mit frischer Bettwäsche und einem herrlichen Duft im ganzen Zimmer. Das Badezimmer war mit ausreichend Handtüchern ausgestattet, und die Rezeptionistin war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dieses Hotel für Langzeitaufenthalte kann ich meinen Freunden und meiner Familie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts hier wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Es ist ein ordentliches Motel, sauber und ruhig, aber ohne das kostenlose Frühstück ist es schwierig, wenn man kein Auto hat oder kein Essen eingepackt hat. Die Snacks im Automaten sind viel zu teuer, 25 Dollar für eine 0,35-Liter-Flasche Wasser... Aber immerhin gibt es noch kostenlosen Kaffee aufs Zimmer, nur eben ohne Sahne und Zucker... Leute, der ist doch abgepackt, was soll schon dabei sein?!

Jimmys außergewöhnlicher Kundenservice war der Grund, warum wir das Auditsystem weiterhin nutzen wollten.
