"This is a great place to stay if you want to experience true lake life! There was plenty of space and the owner was very fast to answer any questions! Floating houses do have their quirks and limitations similar to an RV or camper, so prepare accordingly. We'd definitely book again!"

"We decided to come to Tennessee on a last minute trip due to lack of snow up north. I could book the property and get everything I needed in 24 hours. Thanks to the owner for accommodating us. The place was very clean and nice, with great views and location. While we only had 3 of us staying, this house was set up to handle larger groups pretty easily, with the 4 bedrooms."

"We booked this property to plan and attend my father's funeral in LaFollette. Although quite a trip up the mountain, the view and house was completely worth it! "The cabin is the best one we have ever rented. It is exactly as captured by the pictures from the listing. Spacious and renovated, cozy and conveniently located right next to the lake. Also equipped with pretty much everything a guest might need, including a baby crib and children's toys as well as a table tennis and darts for the adults. The laundry room was by far the largest one we've ever encountered. What we would recommend is more silverware and coffee mugs for large groups like ours....

"This cozy little cabin is a great getaway for peace and serenity, with a babbling brook which my husband and I enjoyed listening to from the secluded back porch, which has a wonderful porch swing and fire pit. We also spent a morning at the wood burning fire pit down by the creek. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the animals that would show up at the creek. Scott was a wonderful host, one of the best we’ve had, as he was easy to communicate with and very accommodating! The cabin was cute...

"Perfect hosts and so hospitable! They went above and beyond with us! This is not a stripped down place. Every where you look there's something rustic or homey or equestrian. They spent so much attention to detail, even cutting logs & kindling for the cabins. The property alone is amazing. It's adjacent to the National Forrest that gives so many opportunities to play. I will be back and feel so happy I met them!"

"My wife and our 3 grand kids stayed here for our trip to Kentucky and Tennessee. What an absolute gem, the hosts couldn't be any better!! Easy check in, answered our questions and were extremely prompt!! The rental was more than we could have hoped for as well the hosts. My wife and I are hoping to go back for a full week (if not two) and just enjoy what there is to offer there. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality and hope to be back in the future!!"

"The home was exactly as advertised, with plenty of room for all to be together or find a nook for reading. The owners were very quick to answer any and all questions. We found an abundance of hikes within a 30-45 minute beautiful car ride at the many state parks. We also enjoyed the kayaks and water slide. I highly recommend this home."

We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. We were told ahead of time there would be only 1 roll of toilet paper and a couple trash bags, but feel for the price these amenities would be better provided.
