Currently service at the Thainstone House Hotel is falling far short of expectations and leaving guests such as ourselves disappointed. No había agua caliente por lo que no nos pudimos bañar y quitarnos el frío. Llegamos a estar a 2° y sin podernos bañar. Nos explicaron que por ser un hotel tan viejo las calderas no funcionan bien.
