Check your itinerary before you leave. I have been charged for a stay that I did not make. Expedia says it's the Hampton inn concern and Hampton inn says it's the Expedia concern. Meanwhile I have to go thru my credit card to refute the charge.

Tho hotel was new and very conveniently located just off the highway. The room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated late check in option.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. I stayed here after having outpatient surgery and they allowed a late checkout so I could rest as late as possible before my follow up dr appointment.

The property was spotless! Very caring staff and everything ran smoothly. It was the same vibe as a premium hotel in a large city. It was packed but peaceful. We will be back. They also sell alcohol in their hotel store - total bonus

Overall I must say this is the absolute nicest hotel in the McHenry County area. It may feel a bit out of the way, but believe me, you won't regret staying here and driving a bit.

Very quiet and clean hotel. Great contenintal breakfast. The price was a little high although I would stay there again.

The facility was exceptional and majority of staff were very friendly and helpful. However, while we understand this is a pet friendly hotel; we would hope that it was also a people friendly hotel. After listening to a dog bark continuously for over an hour, we did call the front desk to complain. Only to be told, well this a dog friendly hotel. While we realize there was extenuating circumstances and the owner of the pet is ultimately responsible; this is not a the way to respond to a customer complaint.

Hampton Inn Huntley IL is new, modern & clean! Room with king size bed is spacious, bed is very comfy. Hotel gym is impressive. Would definitely stay there again if I was in that area.
