"The property was very well situated in the town and was easy to locate. Mark greeted us at the door (although they had given really clear instructions in case they were not there). A lovely sour dough bread loaf greeted us in the morning and we made to feel very welcome. It's a beautiful home and we had a fabulous time there - couldn't rate it highly enough!"

"The house was just like the photos in the listing, we loved the retro feel of the upstairs with the wood panels etc.Host was very easy to communicate with. Slight negative is that noise travels easily through the house, particularly from kitchen to two of bedrooms - but if everyone is on same "timings" with sleep and wake up, it is perfectly fine."

"We are repeat guests who are very grateful to have such a beautiful home to stay in when we visit Orange. This time we visited some of the excellent restaurants within walking distance as well as using the well equipped kitchen for self catering. "Very conveniently located close to the centre of town. We were able to walk to the main shopping area.Unit was clean and the facilities were as expected. The bed was very comfortable. We did mention to the owners that there needs to be more towel rails in the bathroom and the split system needs attention as it was barely doing the job.If we ever return to Orange, we would be more than happy to stay here again."

A Comforting Stay Near Orange Hospital
Our recent stay at The Black & White Room at The Elm Apartments: from Saturday, May 24th to Tuesday, May 27th, 2025, provided immense comfort during an already stressful trip.
With my father in Orange Hospital, the Elm apartment's were the ideal location . It was truly a relief to have such a lovely place to rest and recharge. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we'll definitely be booking again in the near future.
We were also pleasantly surprised...
