A-Team HB2022

This house was perfect size for our group of 10 adults. The house was clean and the amenities were great and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub and grilling patio. The owners were very accommodating and pleasurable to work with. We would definitely consider staying at this location again.

Family vacation

We were a group of 10 multi-generational family members. House was amazing, plenty of room for our group, great location near the beach. We utilized the barbecue, hot tub and bikes. Overall a wonderful experience…would stay here again.

A Very Merry Christmas in HB

We really enjoyed our time at "Americana". It was close to everything, well provisioned, clean, organized, and huge. We are a family of 6 and we were very comfortable. Because it was winter, and the weather was a little chilly and rainy, we did not use the beach bikes and toys etc. but there were so many! Can't wait to stay again the next time we need a place in HB.

Great beach house

Great location!! Convenient to everything Huntington Beach offers ... walking distance. There is plenty of room for the family with a bathroom for everyone. Everything you need is available at the house including surf boards, beach toys, roof top, kitchen utensils, washer & dryer, towels etc. We enjoyed the Sonos system.

Perfect Beach House

Stayed for 3 nights for a quick beach getaway with the family and the dog. House is in the perfect location. Short walk to the beach, short walk to Main Street, peek a boo ocean view from the front and rear balconies. Parking space in back and great floor plan with an on suite bath for every bedroom and several great outdoor areas like the hot tub/BBQ area out back, the rooftop deck, the front sitting area with fire pit, and the upstairs balconies. House is clean as can be and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy beach life. It's a little pricey but worth it. The only negatives I could report would be that the home is advertised as pet friendly and comes with bicycles. Day of arrival we were notified of additional pet fee (not mentioned anywhere when booking and making payment) and upon arrival the bikes are locked and there is a note inside that tells you the bikes are available for additional fee. Charging extra for these items is not out of the ordinary, but it should be clear in the listing that these items are not included in the rent.

Great Stay

This multi-level house was perfect for our group. Close to the beach and within walking distance of some great breakfast places. The hot tub was a huge bonus as well. After a long day of playing sports, the hot tub felt great.

Great Location, Not well kept property

I want to start positive, this location is PERFECT! The walk to the beach and down town are less than 5 minutes. The amenities like bikes, surfboards, toys, towels, games are all great! The kitchen was well stocked for a large family with plenty of pans, dishes, anything you would need to cook with! Now the not so good...this house is outdated and not well kept. Almost all the couches, chairs, and cabinets are stained and dirty! The floors when we got there were full of dog hair! I mean if a kid dropped something on the floor and you went to pick it up it had 30 dog hairs on it. I am not Extremely picky when it comes to cleaning but basic vacuuming by housecleaning in between guest is not being completed. The beds were clean and clean towels, but the pictures On VRBO must be from a couple years ago as all the furniture is stained. When we first got there the rooftop patio furniture was shredded and unusable! We were traveling with our family and kids and this patio was important so we contacted Dennis the concierge. He did have new cushions delivered within 48 hours. It was then usable. But the cobwebs throughout home and spiders were also very gross. 2 out of 4 bathrooms had leaks or did not work correctly. Over all for a trip my husband and I saved for and felt like we spent a lot on on we were disappointed. We did make the best of it, but I really think people should know what they are spending their money on and have accurate expectations. I would not stay here again but would try and find a place with same location as this was by far the best feature! Also to end on a positive notes the 4 patios were very nice.

The Americana

We had a great stay at the Americana! Mike and his team were so helpful and responsive before and during the stay. You can not beat the location of this home. Just enough off the main street to miss the noise but such a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The house was so spacious but cozy. Loved the sound system and all the great patios! We will be back for sure.

Great location

If you r renting for 2-4 people that would be fine, but we had a family of 8 and were constantly being text messaged that we were too loud. Even when we were at the beach I was getting text messages that we were too loud....very unprofessional and rude text messages from the property manager. We have rented other VRBOs, and have never had this bad of an experience with any other home in that area. Usually don’t take the time to write, but wanted to express our experience with this home and property manager.

Relaxing weekend getaway

Our family had a wonderful time and we absolutely loved this vacation rental. The location was great.. just a few minutes walk to the beach & close to all of the shops and restaurants. The house also had plenty of space for our group to spread out but great rooms where we could all be together as well. We rode the bikes around town and really loved the hot tub and sitting by the fire pit. We would definitely book this house again!

Family Vacation 2019

The house was beautiful except when we first got there was dirty laundry in the washer and dryer and another load of dirty laundry on the floor by the washer and dryer. Other than that the house was great. The location was great. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. The rooftop area was great to make lasting memories. We relaxed in the hot tub after a busy day . Thanks for letting us make great family memories!!!

Amazing Rental -- Has Everything You Need and Much More

This is one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed at. I especially liked the Sonos sound system, which allows you to control music in every room in the house via WiFi. Each of us had our own room and bathroom, which was pretty awesome. The location is amazing as well; less than two blocks from the beach, and about four blocks to Main Street where all the bars and restaurants are located. Everything was super clean and well maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful House in a great location

Michael was very organized and informative. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for a week at the beach. Once we got our groceries the first day, we never needed to use our car for the rest of the stay. Main street is four short blocks away, and the beach is a block and a half. Perfect for the kids since the nearest beach access also has a great playground. There are a lot of stairs in the house, so if you have toddlers it's good to plan ahead. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Perfect.

We just spent the best week in Huntington. The house is so comfortable and well stocked - everything you can think of is provided. It’s a perfect layout for 2 families. And Mike, the property manager was exceptional. He responded immediately to any questions we had. Also, you can not beat the location - 2 blocks to the beach and a short walk to Main Street and the pier. We loved how quiet the house is. Thank and we hope to return next summer.

The property was amazing! Absolutely perfect for our needs! The location was perfect and even over a busy holiday weekend we did not feel crowded. Hosts were available as needed but not overwhelming. We could walk to everything, and did most of the time. I could not possibly list everything we loved about this place, but suffice it to say we would love to come back!

Clean, roomy, excellent convenient location, awesome neighbors, awesome owners!

We had 6 adults 2 couples and 2 adult brothers) , a 3year old and a 9 month old. My husband and i were celebrating our 30 year anniv. The master bedroom was awesome for my daughter, husband and the closet we set up the graco portable bed for the 9 month. This was perfect for them. Then my husband and I were in the basement king sized bed and then my sons who are tall shared the basement bunk beds which were small for my 6' 4" but we just put the mattress on the floor. The 3 year old was in the upstairs bunk beds near the master bdrm. He slept on the bottom bunk as the top bunk was too close to the ceiling fan. We loved that there were bathrooms for each bedroom. We wished there were tv's in the bunk bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The owners also had a variety of spirits and beer for our stay, which was super warming. We tried to restock before we left. We sat by the fire every night, which was amazing! Also all the beach toys provided were awesome! Boogie boards, surf boards, bikes, pull cart, balls, sand toys. We didn't use the jacuzzi since it shared the same plug as the master bdrm wall mount air conditioner which kept shorting out. This was being fixed by a huge team as we were packing up to leave. Which made things hectic to try and pack around them but the owner had given us a heads up that it may happen. We LOVED our stay here and would love to stay here every year. Super kind owners and amazing location and very spacious to accomadate us. None of us wanted to leave. Thank you for an amazing week.

This home was perfect.

We were in Huntington Beach for a family wedding and we had a wonderful time. This was our first time renting a home using VRBO for a vacation and we are so glad we did! This house was perfect and an easy walk to the beach, which we did every day. You can't go wrong renting this home.

Awesome house, neighborhood, & location.

We had a great time in Huntington Beach and the house made things very convenient. A short walk with the kids to the beach, to brunch. Easy garage parking. Things were very clean and the gas grill was great to use for a quick meal. Everything is within walking distance. Beach is great too and so nice to come back to after Disneyland. Had a flawless vacation and will definitely be back!
