La mayoría de las veces me he quedado aquí pero ya van varias veces que nos toca gente fundando , esta vez nos dieron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada con gente adentro. La otra habitación que nos dieron la chapa de entrada no servía mal servicio y muy caro.

No me gusto que me cobraran también a mi targeta y ya la reserva estaba paga con expidia se justificaron diciendo que con expidia siempre sucedía eso que era por no hacer la reserva directamente ☹️

Very fun hotel to stay at. Staff was very nice. Really appreciated the restock on the 2 bottles of water in the fridge daily. Bottle of wine at check in was a nice touch, the charcuterie plate is thoughtful but the crackers were stale, the cheese was warm and the honey had sort of melted all over everything. Great idea but should have been fresh.

stayed here for 2 nights, 3 days. staff is great and friendly and deserves high praise, but hardly any amenities are included for your stay and as we all know, it’s pricy. parking is not included in your stay and is $50 overnight, yes even if you are actively staying at the hotel. no, there is no parking in the hotel surrounding areas you can leave your car at overnight without being in a tow zone past 12am. Bikes are available for guests again at another cost. I paid for an ocean view room with a balcony and they are very good at phrasing their room views and not describing at all that it is a divided room meaning there is a door between rooms that is locked but leaving you to be able to hear the people next to your room. ocean view room you’d expect to face the ocean directly, but upon entering the room, you will see you are on the side of the hotel and can see the ocean on the side, not the front where the ocean is. the room is nice but is dated. it includes a bottle of wine and 2 waters. upon entering the room, one of the bedside lamp lights went out as well. it’s nice but for the price you pay, you expect much better with more included amenities like free overnight parking for your stay. If i needed to stay in HB again, i’d probably go with the Hyatt or the Hilton next door that i’ve been to before. I wanted to give this one a chance but after my stay here, i can say i have definitely been to better, at a much better price with the same great customer service.

We had a great time except for the service we received at the bar one night. Her name was Jenn. She was rude and unfriendly. We ate at the bar and it was terrible experience. I spoke with the manager and they comped a few things but I feel like something more could have been done. We enjoy coming to this hotel and would like to in the future but not if jenn is going to be serving us.

Belle adresse et propriété mais mal insonorisé
Propriété bien localisée, facile d’accès avec un design moderne. Le spa pourrait être rénové, les espaces et équipements contrastent avec le reste de l’hôtel. Enfin, l’expérience aurait méritée une 5 eme étoile si les chambres étaient mieux insonorisées. Le bar et patinoire avoisinants sont très bruyants… malgré les efforts de l’hôtel de nous relocaliser la nuisance sonore surtout en fin de semaine ont ternis le séjour.
