This home is one of the closest houses to the beach, restaurants & shops! Steps away from Sanchos, 602Coffee house and Angry Al’s. The food did not disappoint. The front courtyard was adorable and our family enjoyed sitting there with the fire pit in the evening. The house was so clean and spacious. Loved that we had a washer and dryer available to wash our clothes and towels when needed. The garage was clean and they also have ample parking behind the garage. They have several beach chairs and boogie boards for use. Also, a huge dining room table! This home is perfect for a large family. Wi-fi worked perfectly for all of us. Which is great because my husband had to work from the home and he didn’t have any issues. A few nights we walked around Main Street which is one block away and my husband and I enjoyed waking up early and taking a walk along the coast. The host was quick to reply and was super helpful!! Beautiful home

My family enjoyed this house. This home is in a great location right near the beach and very close to main street. Would definitely stay here again. We love the farmers market Huntington beach holds every Tuesday.

Location, location, location. This is a great spot and Mailan was a great host - responsive, easy to communicate with!! It was nice that the house was well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom essentials. The beach chairs were great! It would be a bonus to have a couple of bikes on site. A few house updates/improvements would make it a 5-star.

Great vacation house

Was a family vacation for 6 adults. The house had a perfect location! It was four houses from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for dinner even a bbq. It was so helpful to borrow the beach chairs for the quick walk to the beach. The house was clean and spacious. Will visit again!

Family Reunion

This house was perfect for our needs. We have a large family and there was room to spread out. The location and views were amazing. My family who live in Huntington Beach were able walk over or drive a short distance to get to us. We got together for group dinners and enjoyed each other’s company. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Perfect location!! Right across from the beach, use the crosswalk and you’re there! The house was just as advertised! Clean, fully loaded with beach chairs, boogie boards, and tons of beach towels. It also came with an extra air mattress (full size), extra beddings, pillows, and clean towels!! Everything functioned as it should, and there are clear, detailed instructions with pictures throughout the house. What I love most is the rooftop with the fireplace and seating to hang out and take in the ocean’s breeze. A plus was that the host didn’t ask us to strip the beddings and start the laundry like the others. We simply cleaned up our mess and started the dishwasher before we left. One thing I wish were better is that the pull-out mattress needed to be upgraded, as the normal wear and tear of the mattress had no support. Definitely will book again!! :) Thank you for all the effort and care you’ve put into this property to ensure we have a comfortable stay.

Stop Hesitating - Book This Now!

We had such a great stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. Instructions from the host were super clear and easy to follow. Any time I had a question or needed clarification, Mailan responded right away and was so helpful. I hosted my graduation party here, and my friends and family had the best time. It was the perfect space to celebrate such a special milestone. Highly recommend!

A memorable long weekend

This property is great! We had a group of six in this house and a group of six in a nearby house but staged mostly out of this house. There was plenty of room for everyone. Great Location, easy walk downtown, close to everything. You won't be disappointed!

Perfect location for a perfect stay

We loved our stay at this “steps away from the beach and downtown” beach house. It was clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed. It was so nice to walk down to the beach anytime we wanted in just a few minutes. Also, the communication with the host was above par. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Nice Place

We had the best time. Space for everyone next to walgreens, coffee, food but away from the crazies. Host was great, responsive, and so sweet. Definitely wouls stay again!

Exceeded expectations

Beautiful house right next to the beach, not to mention very close to multiple restaurants and convenience stores. We loved the roof and 3 fire places as well as the multiple balconies and patio. We were surprised that there was a cooler and beach chairs available which really helped make out stay. My only suggestion would be to have more pillows with different levels of firmness for different sleepers. Awesome place. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location and beautiful views!

We stayed for an adult girls bachelorette party and had so much fun! The host was always available if we had any questions and was very attentive. we will definitely be back! Everything was walking distance and the house was beautiful.

Beach Graduation Celebration

The house was spectacular and in an excellent location to celebrate our daughter's graduation. It was equipped with everything we needed. Also, parking availability made it easy for us with 2 cars inside the garage and 3 in the driveway. The roof top was a great place to watch the sunset each evening. This place provided us with cherished memories that will not be forgotten.

Wedding weekend

We rented Mailan’s house for the weekend of my wedding. There were 4 couples and one single person that stayed in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us! My 5 bridesmaids and myself all got ready on the 3rd floor. It was a great spot! It has access to the rooftop, a bathroom, and a balcony so it was the perfect indoor outdoor/open space for all of us. The house was very clean. Check in was easy. Mailan was even kind enough to let us check in early since the house was ready.There was plenty of parking for all 5 cars. Mailan even provided us with K-Cups to get us started with the Kuerig. I accidentally left my diamond necklace at the house and Mailan was so kind to go and look for it for me! I was so sad I thought I lost it, but she scoured the house for me and found it on the floor under the curtain!! She even took the time to go to the post office and mail it to me! I am forever grateful. Mailan was a pleasure to rent from. her house is spacious, clean, beautiful, and in a great location! I definitely recommend this house and would rent it again in the future

Sister getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful beach house. The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main St. The home was spotless and the beds were all very comfortable. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Mailan is a great host and we hope to come back soon!
