  • Enjoy Huntington Beach living for a month or longer, just **one mile from the Huntington Beach Pier**. This fully furnished, single-story 3-bedroom, 2-bath home combines the privacy and comfort of a real home with everything needed for an extended stay. **Utilities included.**

    The **private backyard** is one of the home's highlights, with a putting green, barbecue, 8-foot teak outdoor dining table and hand-painted murals inspired by Huntington Beach's surf and beach culture. It's a great space for outdoor dining, entertaining and relaxing in the Southern California sunshine.

    **Primary Suite:** California King bed, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan and flat-screen TV. The private bath features an **elongated shower with shower heads at both ends, a safety grab bar and two separate wash basins**.

    **Second Bedroom:** Queen bed located next to the marble guest bathroom, featuring a **Jacuzzi tub and dramatic 4' × 4' skylight**.

    **Third Bedroom:** Full-over-full Danish-style bunk beds, providing additional sleeping space for family or guests.

    The living room includes a **75" HD TV, surround sound and Netflix**. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, stove with air fryer and a large dining table.

    The garage includes **four cruiser bikes, boogie boards, wetsuits, beach chairs, beach towels, plus a washer and dryer**—everything you need to enjoy living near the beach.

    Close enough to **bike to the beach**, yet located in a residential neighborhood where you can settle in and feel at home.

We have stayed at several VRBO properties and this was absolutely thee best experience we have ever had. James is an outstanding host. He is very courteous, professional, and prompt in all communications. In fact, we had a problem with the dryer and no questions asked he replaced it the next day with a brand new one.The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the ocean, great restaurants, and shops. The place was very clean and well stocked. And the cool breezes from the ocean allowed to never have to use the AC or heat.We stayed for over 5 months and hated to leave. We would rate this experience a 12 out of 10!! I highly recommend staying with James and we will do so every chance we get

Good amenities, perfect location.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the dolphin house. We appreciated the extra amenities such as bikes and beach toys. Parking was super easy too. The home was spacious and comfortable.

Great Family Getaway

The property was great. The pictures showed it being very nice, but it was much nicer than that. The interior decorations were very well thought out and made the ambience very comfortable and relaxing. The bathrooms were modern. It was great for families have boogie boards, beach chairs and bicycles. James was very attentive and responsive to any questions. Highly recommended and I have already done so with friends

Nice getaway

We stayed four days at the Dolphin House and really enjoyed the outdoor patios and putting green. The picnic table could use a good sanding and fresh coat of paint. Plenty of beach toys, an ice chest, an umbrella and chairs. The owner, James, was very quick to respond to an issue we had when we first arrived. Great customer service.

Great house!

Great house located 2 miles to all the action and beach! The extra amenities like beach stuff, state park pass were PERFECT for us! Owner was great with communicating and making sure our needs were met!

Fun at the dolphin house

Very pleased with James and his property. Lots of fun amenities to keep everyone happy. Spotless rental with everything close by. Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to the Huntington Beach area.

Great Space with fun Amenities

The property is in a great location with a short bike trip to the beach. Plenty of space on the inside of the property with the skylights providing great natural lighting throughout the day. The outdoor space is great as well with the put put green being used often during our stay.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely place! James was very responsive and easy to work with! The artistry of the house is beautiful! The house is well equipped/stocked, even have bikes for us! The location is a bit away from the beach but, it is likely a good thing as it is quieter!

Great house and location!

Great open spaces! Perfect for our family visit. Located close to lots of great restaurants and shopping if you choose to eat in. Owner was very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely recommend a stay at Dolphin House!

Conveniently located house

We rented this house on our trip to South California and it was a great experience. House is close to Huntington Beach, and from there we went each day to different beach destinations to explore several of them. House itself is located in quiet neighborhood and has few of its own things to offer - bikes, boogie boards, wetsuits, and air hockey/pool table, complimented by small mini golf! We had a blast entertaining at night after being away from it during a day. Host, James, was very responsive to our requests, I highly recommend it for larger families looking for inexpensive vacation!

Thoughtful owner, loved it!

The house itself was very tastefully decorated inside as well as the detail of decor outside. What spoke to us was the items the owner had there for us to borrow such as bikes, surf boards, wet suits,pool table,beach toys and chairs ext. Really was a personal touch. The jacuzzi tub was a hit with all of us. The security cams were different for us but understandable. Do not recommend if you have toddlers or younger but our teens and 8yr old loved it. We rode bikes to the beach as a family which was fun. Deff recommend this property!

Relaxing getaway

Loved the air hockey, beautiful murals, and general ambiance at the Dolphin house. The amenities were great and we enjoyed the bikes and boogie boards. James is extremely responsive.

Perfect: LOCATION, for wide variety of SoCal activities & great neighborhood with easy access to downtown HB and Beach/Pier; PROPERTY, clean very well-appointed, tons of extras for stay at home or other outdoor/beach/biking activities; HOST, prompt/attentive, friendly, very helpful. Excellent

James was great. He responded quickly to questions and provided a great place to stay. The location was great, and we had plenty of space for our family of 5. It was lots of fun to play pool and air hockey, and we had everything we needed there with a grocery store just around the corner. I definitely recommend this place.

Dolphin House is five star!

Great place to hang your hat while in Huntington Beach! The kitchen had everything we needed and the backyard was wonderful for relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. Our only regret is that we were so busy with family events that we didn't have time to use all the available 'toys' - except the putting green. We will be back for sure someday! Thank you, James, for making our visit so smooth, from start to finish.

Location was perfect, quiet neighborhood off of the main town. House is spacious enough to have your own space when needed. Very comfortable and accommodating and fun!!

We had a wonderful time at the dolphin house and would highly recommend it to anyone heading to Cal

The house is very comfortable and convenient to the beach and nightlife. James has a storage area full of bikes and beach equipment and we immersed ourselves in all of it. I will be back at the dolphin house and I think everyone should stay at this house!!!!

Dolphin House

House was just as described in listing. Super cool beach vibe and perfect place to hang out by the beach. Fully stocked with great amenities including beach toys, bikes, full putting green, all sorts of kitchen amenities, comfy beds and great beach decorating/ murals. Only two blocks to beach and grocery stores, and two different comfortable indoor seating areas with plenty of room. James was very easy to deal with and was super understanding with our group, that needed a little help understanding that we had neighbors close by that had little kids and deserved quiet time which required to take our group inside after 10pm at night. Overall, I would highly recommend the Dolphin house and want to thank James again for his help and the way he dealt with our "shortcomings".

Great vacation at the Dolphin House

We really enjoyed our stay. James is an excellent host and helpful at any time. Everything was as expected and we loved all the extra amenities such as parking pass, surfboards, wetsuits, air hockey etc. Thanks a lot James. We could highly recommend the Dolphin House!

So amazing!

This places was great, easy to book, easy to get into when we landed. It was clean and the air was on when we arrived. Owner actually made sure we made it safely! We’ll stay here again anytime!
