Beach Family Fun

Very family friendly! We like to cook and appreciated the well equipped kitchen with extras such as a variety of coffees and Nespresso pods, creamers, snacks, cupboards with a wide variety of spices and seasonings. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable — (including even some bathtub toys for our toddler.) When headed to the beach, we frequently walked or enjoyed the bicycles provided. The location is great - close to good restaurants, downtown shopping and the beach, with a quiet and safe neighborhood experience. The property manager was always helpful and immediately available to answer any questions. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would return on any future SoCal beach vacation.

Wonderful and More

This home is one of the best VRBO homes we've rented. Everything is just as pictured, but the comfort can't be seen in pictures. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen is a chef's dream and the master bathroom... BEST SHOWER EVER! The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet, yet just a short walk and you're on the beach. Not only do we highly recommend this home, we're planning on scheduling a trip back soon!

Conveniently located and charming place

We had a nice time staying at this place. It was fully stocked more than any place I have ever stayed. Smelled and looked clean when we arrived. Very comfortable. Only down was the second bathroom was very tiny and the two bedrooms were too. I had to sleep in a separate room from my husband because the beds were too small. I gave my parents the massive primary which had an equally as large en suite. I would stay again, but could not be with more than one couple.

This house is beautiful! It was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. There is no designated parking spot or garage but we did not have a problem parking right out front of the house. There is a school right across the street so parents park on both side of the street for evening events. The beach is not too far away but dog beach is about 1.5 miles walking distance. You can pretty much walk everywhere. Mark the neighbor is super friendly. Kristi is very helpful with your stay and Bonnie, the assistant, is a super sweet blessing. You will love your stay!We really appreciated the beach chairs that are provided that you can carry on your back! I loved having a washer and dryer and a big kitchen to cook in! Our 17 and 11 year old loved having their own rooms and the 11 year old did not want to leave.Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We look forward to returning!

Perfect Beach Home

We booked this amazing property, not only because of the reviews, but because it was close to our son's wedding venue. This home was perfect in every way! It is within a perfect sunset walking distance to the beach. Everything in the home was as listed and MORE. The home was fully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The master bedroom was down the long hallway and felt like a secluded retreat with the beautiful spa bathtub and rain shower. There is a TV in each room, which is great for adult family. The home is across the street from a school. There is a Ring camera on the front door and cameras on the side of the home. There was no issue with parking for us. Kristi was amazing with communications and responded quickly. We have put this home in our favorites. We will be back!

Beautiful little beach house

We really enjoyed our stay there. It’s comfortable. The couch is comfortable. The whole house is just quite unique and and very home filling. I would suggest this to anybody who wants to have a family stay there or just friends and enjoy yourself. I would give this 10 stars if I could!!

So Cal road trip

We stayed at this amazing house after spending 2 nights in a hotel and 1 night in a bed and breakfast. Although we enjoyed our other accommodations this house was far and above the others. It was layed out perfectly, decor was amazing, so clean, smelled good and felt very safe. It we come this way again we would definitely stay here. Best VRBO we have experienced. Also was a very easy walk to the beach and restaurants on the PCH. Thank you hosts!!

Delightful Beach stay

This property was a gem. It is exactly as it’s advertised but even better. It’s comfy and homey!! It’s very well stocked and has everything one needs to enjoy the stay. High end appliances , towels and neighborhood also. Close to beach, restaurants and great shopping. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Thank you for the wonderful surprise of goodies that welcomed us also !!!

Family trip to HB!

Family vacation- perfection!

This property was amazing! We had our adult children from Northern California, Utah and Southern California come stay for a long weekend and they loved it! The home was beautifully decorated, easy check in process and close to the beach. We used the two beach cruisers to meet up with the whole family to go to all our favorite spots. Thank you for an amazing family vacation. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

More Spacious Than Appears

My family was delightfully surprised by how much room was inside the house. We expected tiny rooms that could feel claustrophobic, but that wasn't the case. The clean, beachy feel to the home was relaxing and quite comfortable.

This property is so welcoming and comfortable. Hosts have everything you could need available and lots of extra amenities. Lots of snacks and beverages are there when you arrive. Great place to stay for extended periods.

Nice house in Huntington Beach

We had a great time at this house! The listing was totally accurate. The house was very well maintained and the layout was nice. The hosts left some welcome snacks and all the needed kitchen gear, etc. were provided per the listing. We checked in directly after staying onsite at Disneyland for a few days but due to the proximity, you could stay here instead and travel back and forth. We are avid runners and it was very convenient to run down to the beach trail and get some really long runs in. Easy walk to the main street shops / mall as well. The hosts did note the school across the street, so be ready for a ton of parents to be parked in front of the house in the AM for drop off and more so in the afternoon during pick up. Twice we had to park a few blocks away if you come back during the PM pickup time window. Was no big deal for us however. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach House!

We loved our visit. This house is the perfect spot for a family beach vacation. Within walking distance or short drive to the beach. They had lots of amazing touches like snacks/cold drinks upon arrival, full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and full size laundry detergent that it made it even better. Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar with everything you can think of. The teens loved the Xbox and TVs in each room. Comfy beds, lots of extra towels, pillows, linens. The hosts truly went above and beyond. We’ve stayed at lots of nice rentals and this was by far, the nicest we’ve ever stayed at. We would love to make a return trip!

Beautiful Beach Cottage

We really lucked out finding this home! It was adorable, clean and thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities you need in a home, much less a rental. The property manager was polite and quick to respond. Great, quiet neighborhood 10 min walk to beach and 15 min to downtown restaurants, shopping, and pier. The.y (owners) definitely know what they’re doing and it shows in every aspect of the home. I can’t wait to visit again!
