Comfortable, Spacious and Open

A very nice property with a great outdoor space. Open floor plan inside allowing us to spread out but be with each other as a family. The location is perfect in central Huntington Beach.

HB house

The property was very clean and had a great outdoor space. It was convenient to many restaurants and shopping areas. It provided all needed amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the home to use.

Good property, pool was dirty

Great location and overall really good property. Only disappointment was the pool. There was bird poop all around the ledge and in the water - it wasn’t swimmable during our stay and it was a main reason that I booked this property as we have two kids. I did message the property manager but it wasn’t cleaned during our stay (3 nights).

We love huntington

This place was ideally located. Close to everything you could ever need or want. It was clean, the beds were super comfy. The only cons are the road noise at night is pretty loud, with motorcycles constantly going by so loudly setting off car alarms. Also, the "plenty of street parking" isnt quite accurate. When we arrived we had to park blocks away and bringing a weeks worth of luggage that far wasnt fun. On street sweeping days we had to park in the boys and girls club parking lot as there was no parking available

Perfect Location

Comfort and cozy

Let’s start off by saying Kay is such an amazing host ! She kept in contact with me through our stay with any questions my family and I had even it was little she would get back to us asap . Her home was beautiful , very simple but cozy . My family and I kept saying it was a perfect size for us not too small nor too big it was just right . We loved everything about the house , down to the bed omg it was so comfortable ! The rooms were so spacious , loved the bath tub in the master bedroom . A deep tub was a nice touch and the flooring throughout the house was really nice . It was nice surprise that the living room couch was a pull out bed as well we didn’t know until we had to find the remote lol . But yes this home fits 6 guest , the area was really nice as well . We were surrounded by so many plaza down the road , they have so many shopping areas too . It’s very convenient if you just want a stay- cation and not go anywhere . Because there’s so many food options all around you will not run out of options . But overall Kay was so sweet to my family and I . Every single one of us said this place felt like home for us . Not to mention she had so much essentials that was needed that we didn’t need to buy . Her home was well welcoming and prepared ! Like the bathrooms had mouth wash , shampoo and conditioner's as well as body wash and her kitchen had so much seasoning to cook with we didn’t need to buy any . Overall Kay’s places will become a regular staycation . Thank you Kay !

Huntington Beach Awesome!!

The best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Clean spacious and close to beach. Very well taken care of place. Recommend to anyone traveling to the OC area of Southern California!! Will definitely stay here again!! 5 Starts

Home away from Home

Quiet - comfortable - clean - interior like recently built - easy to get to from airport - 5 minutes from PCH - 5 minutes from restaurants - bars -shopping. And 5 minutes from the beach and Huntington Beach Pier. If you are looking for a Home away from Home this is it!!! Perfect for family of three - four or five.

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our son’s wedding at the Newland House. The place was spacious and comfortable. The fireplace didn’t work which was a bit disappointing because the weather was chilly. We would stay there again. Thank you!

Huntington Beach

Convenient location for our visit. Very clean. Well furnished and supplied. Parking was a bit annoying. Hard finding parking nearby when we arrived. Hassle having to move car due to street cleaning and made finding parking nearby difficult.

Not as good as it looked

Property is still being renovated. Many things did not work: fireplace, TV and one lamp in smaller bedroom, hard to figure out TV channels available in living room due to weird listing on screen. Noise from street is bad. Plumbing is very loud throughput unit, especially when master bathtub or shower is running; drain plug in front bath sink missing and plug in bathtub leaks so not usable. Floor tiles in entire unit are ugly and very hard und feet. Barstools are ridiculous and basically unsafe. No floor board trim in front bath. Only one key to front gate is very inconvenient. Parking on street was never close making check in and check- out somewhat difficult. In summary, unit is not up to standards we expected for price and VRBO property.

Perfect Trip

California Getaway

Overall the property was nice. Kitchen, the coffee pot wasn't the greatest, same with the pots and pans. we enjoy a well stocked kitchen we cook. The refrig made noise, a low hum all the time. There was no vacuum cleaner. There was no ac, we were lucky it was not a hot week. It was a lot of work figuring out the air flow, what windows to open and close, to keep the condo comfortable. The front bedroom opposite the main bedroom was extremely hot in the afternoon, even with the fans on high and with the window open. The back patio was great though a few umbrellas would have been great. Also someone was smoking on the patio and left a coffee cup with water and old cigarette butts in it , removed and cleaned. The pool was nice. Note one of the fence pickets was hanging loose at the top we used dental floss to secure it so it would not break off. I would rent again if improvements made. Thank you

This rental is in a great location. Not walkable to the beach but everything you need is close by. Comfortable beds. Owner had great communication before and during our stay.

Clean, comfortable and great location!

My husband and I were very happy to find this place! We were vacationing in California with our two sons to enjoy the beach and a day at Disneyland. It is in a great location close to both of those, as well as many restaurants and stores. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. It also has a nice backyard and common pool area to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again if available for our future travels!

Great Place To Stay In Huntington Beach

This newly remodeled condo was a great place to stay and we hope to stay there again someday. It is only 2 miles to the HB pier, but is also close to the great restaurants on Beach Blvd. (We LOVE Baci!!) It was only about a 20 minute walk to the beach, but only about a 5-minute drive. The condo was very neat and clean and the private backyard was artificial grass with some patio furniture and a cornhole set, if you choose to use it. I would definitely recommend staying here.
