We had an awesome stay. The location couldn’t have been better – just steps from the beach, with plenty of great nearby spots like Sealegs and Captain Jack’s. The home had everything we needed, and the amenities were super convenient. After a fun day in the sun, it was perfect to wind down and relax in the Jacuzzi. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. One of our favorite moments was watching the sunset right on the beach. This property has it all – great location, comfort, and relaxation. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing home right on the sand!

Perfect Pet Friendly Beachfront Property

A true gem, located on the sands of Sunset Beach, and pet friendly. As described in the list, we found no issues at all with our stay. Tyler is a great communicator and took care of anything we asked about. We were looking for a place to spend the holiday week, with our two dogs, on the beach. This place hit all the marks for us. The sand pit for the dogs works great. The "back yard" are is completely enclosed, so you dont need to worry about the dogs escaping. The back deck, which leads up to the chairs on the sand, all make the stay perfect. All of the furnishings are kept up to date and, while a beach house, everything works as expected. Would highly recommend this property, and we will be back.

Awesome family home at the beach

We loved our stay at this beach house. It was quiet and a perfect location literally on the beach. Backyard gate opens right up to the sand and down to the beach so we couldn’t have asked for more. There is a built in sand pit that was great for the kids to play with the toys already there on the property. House was walking distance from everything we needed and we bbqd for everything else. Tyler was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had as well as provided suggestions for bike rentals as well as restaurants and coffee shops to go to. Only minor issue we had was there was an ant issue but Tyler was upfront about it and handled it after our stay. We were able to make it work no problem so truly minor. We plan on coming back and highly recommend this property for anybody looking for a quiet stay on the beach with their friends or family. Neighbors were also very friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Summer family vacation

I took my three children under 10yrs of age and dog to sunset beach and truly enjoyed our stay. Tyler was accommodative to our ask to bring our dog and our option to obtain entry an hour early to enjoy the beach. The kids loved the proximity to the beach and the house layout with bunk beds was great for kids. The parking was ample and safe with friendly neighbors. Ability to open sliders kept a cool breath throughout the split home. Our kids and dog very much enjoyed the small sand area in the evenings.

Family Visit

Renting this property was perfect. The beach house was clean and had plenty of space for our family. The host was helpful and responded quickly.Our family lives in the area and the location was ideal. Thanks again for a nice stay!

Location is amazing

For a family with young children, this location was a 10! The kitchen utensils were old and sparse, we had to go out and buy a cheese grater. Only 2 kitchen towels. We didn't have enough bath towels plus they were thin and small. No washcloths which with kids is a necessity. Other than that, the house location, the neighborhood park, restaurants within walking distance... all of this was amazing!

Great beach house for families!

We absolutely loved this beach house! We have rented many houses at the beach, this was the best! It was so nice to walk into the house for the first time and be genuinely happy with what you see. We had zero complaints. We loved everything about it - the location, the large patio, jacuzzi, private sand area, and the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable with really decent, comfortable bedding. Having access to a garage was great too, not to mention having a washer and dryer! The attention to detail in this rental was very obvious and appreciated! We look forward to returning next summer!

This property was wonderful! Just as described. We brought our two dogs. There is a large grassy area right behind the property for walking them. The kids loved every minute here, as did the adults! Tyler was so great at communicating! We will absolutely book with Tyler again!

Great vacation home!

The location of this property is perfect. Property is split into two so it's very convenient for families with teens. But also had plenty of space for our family of six to stay on one level. The property manager was also amazing to work with. We had a last minute emergency that interfered with our check in day and he went above and beyond to help accommodate us. We are so grateful to him and the owner for working with us. Super clean and super cute. Everything you need for a beach getaway.

Location Location Location

This is a wonderful property right on the sand. The kitchen is well equipped. The linens and beds were very comfortable. The living room furniture had lots to be desired. The couch and chairs so soft you just sort of sink in and basically have to crawl out on your hands and knees. The barbecue worked very well. Roomy refrigerator. The set up is a bit odd. There is no internal stairs to reach the upstairs. You have to go out to the street and ascend the steps. It’s a beauty of a room up there tho, with gorgeous ocean views. Nice garage with chairs for the beach. The umbrellas for the sand were all broken and the boogie boards have lost there tethers so they were unusable. The washer and dryer were newish and washed the cloths well. We could of used some more toilet paper and they were stingy with the towels but the manager brought us more. The manager was Johnny on the spot when we needed anything. It was a pleasure to work with him. There was plenty of on street parking. The neighborhood felt safe even after dark. There is a homeless encampment three blocks or so down the street but they did not seem to pose a threat. We locked the doors routinely however especially the upper unit door since the access was at street level. Really enjoyed are stay and hope to return.
