Nice property in great location

Good family time. Property was as described, in a quiet location. I liked that the courtyard was gated for safety. There are 3 apartments that share same courtyard/entry way so was nice to see other families coming and going. Communication with the property owner was good. Only feedback was that the washer broke during visit and did not get repaired before we left (we were there for softball tournament so had to go elsewhere to wash uniforms). Also, was unseasonably warm and unit did not have air (we knew that going in so not owners fault) but would be nice to provide a couple of extra fans for the bedrooms. Thanks for a great trip!

Great place

We stayed for a week in July 2021. Lack of A/C was not a problem. The house stayed cool at night with the windows open. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The home was very clean. Owners were easy to deal with and quick to respond.

Close to Beach and Clean!

We rented this vrbo because of its proximity to Newland Beach. My daughter had three volleyball tournaments there and this location was not only clean but easy to get to her tourneys.

Outstanding!

Our group had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed the foosball table and hot tub very much. The beach and Pacific City were only a 5min/$5 uber ride away! Best of all though was Mike! His communication throughout the booking was outstanding, the best I have encountered in years of traveling. Top notch all around!

Great Family Trip!

This was an awesome rental for our beach and Disney trip. Easy trip to the magical kingdom while still being a walk/bike ride/skateboard to the magic of Huntington Pier and the water. Everything we need to have great family meals and the kids loved the hot tub and the foosball table. On-site laundry was great for mom as well!

Fantastic Vacation Home

This was a fantastic home that housed my family over the Thanksgiving Holiday. It's exactly how it's described in the photos and listing. The house is well laid out (and spread out) so that people can be in their rooms or living areas and not be disrupted by each other. The rooftop deck was a really cool afternoon hang out area as well. The secluded grilling area was a true luxury. Whether looking for a family vacation place, or just a getaway with friends - this house is perfect. An extremely short and enjoyable walk to the Beach and The Pier/Downtown - this checks all the boxes. Additionally, the owner Mike is extremely pleasant and genuinely cares about your stay. He touches base to ensure everything is lined up ahead of time and helps answer any questions - including giving some tips and directions for the local area. Highly recommend Mike as a host.

great house; nice location, peaceful and relaxing

very happy with our stay. Hot tub and roof access were an unexpected and enjoyable amenity. Encountered a couple of minor maintenance issues but the were professionally resolved in a timely manner. Hope the house is available next year.

Good enough location, short drive to downtown HB, but this was our first time reporting a property to VRBO after 10 years of happy stays in US and international properties. Home is completely bare except for beds and badly nicked furniture. Kitchen has little tableware, cookware, all old and worn, so we were unable to really prepare meals here, not good for our party of 6. We needed to heat the property as this was late December (OC is NOT Florida), but no thermostat, later we found rooms are individually heated by appliances that may/may not be up to code. Toilet sadly was also running, loud, our first night, we slept with earplugs and layers due to cold, trying to make the best of it. Called the owner the next day to address in good faith, ask for a refund for first night only. His response was how lucky we were to rent his property, declined refund, trying to appease us with "free" rusty bikes to use, though the listing says bikes are free during the off season. Our parting gift? 40 $ deduction from security deposit, for allegedly staining a pillow case.

This place is so much fun!

I rented Mike and Chanti's place for a group of my family members that were in town for my daughter's graduation. We loved how the layout allowed us to spread out and not feel too congested. The close proximity to the beach and Main Street made it very convenient for whatever we had planned for the day. The E Car is a must rent! You will enjoy cruising it down to the beach and saving your legs. Overall this is an ideal place for anyone looking for a nice beach getaway.

Very satisfied!

This rental home was just as described. I would rent again with my family if I had the opportunity to travel again to Huntington Beach. Minor issues were immediately addressed by the owners. Location to ocean and restaurants was perfect. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Condo for Family with small children!

We loved our stay in this condo and will definitely be back again. There was plenty of outdoor enclosed space for little people to run around and be occupied. We were within walking distance of all the main attractions in Huntington Beach but yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Huntington Beach Heaven with access to beach

We really enjoyed so much of this quiet, clean and spacious rental. The kitchen had everything we needed and led out onto a very private patio. The living room was very spacious and loved the high ceilings and large screen TV. The bedrooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable. Having two full-baths was great. We were able to choose from several bicycles and rode down to the beach and to shopping and restaurants every day. The location was central to everything. The owners were ALWAYS available to address questions prior to arrival, during our stay, and after we left. Very friendly and professional. We would definitely come back again!

Great Spot!

We had a group of 6 and rental was more than adequate. The outdoor space was great - many rentals don't have outdoor living space. It was clean and quiet and exactly as pictured. Thank you!

We enjoyed staying at the property in Hungtington

We rented the 1805 Huntington Beach property over the 4th of July week and had a great time. The living room was larger than we anticipated. It had a full kitchen including coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. There was seating in the front yard and the backyard. The neighborhood was nice. Parking was limited on the 3rd and 4th but to be expected. The house is a little more than a mile to the beach.

The house was nice, the yard was low maintenance. The layout was exactly like the photo's showed. The master bed was not a king size as advertised. I would stay there again considering we were 7 people and did not have any problems in the house.
