"I was really looking forward to my stay at The Candlesticks. However as soon as I entered, I began to have my doubts. The bar area, where the owner received us, looked particularly shabby and it smelt musty. It was 3pm (an hour after checking-in should have started) and the room wasn't ready. "We had a one night stay to attend a concert at Sandringham. The property was in a great location for us to travel onto the concert later, providing a break for us. Food was available by request in the pub/bar which looked very clean and fab decor. We did not eat here as we had other plans. We had the accessible room which was accessed by its own outside door.
