"We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Coastguards. We’re regular visitors of west wittering and the location is perfect for exploring the beach and local area. A very comfortable and functional place for the family. We would have loved a bbq! The kitchen was a little dated but we spent little time in the cottage as we were out and about enjoying crabbing, beach walks, the local pub and Chichester. Thank you!"

"My husband and I were travelling along the south coast of England visiting family. We stayed at Old Sefter School for two nights and were absolutely thrilled with everything about our stay. Carole and Tim were incredibly hospitable and ensured that everything was to our liking. We had everything we needed and enjoyed exploring the village and walking the beach. We highly recommend this property and would give it ten stars if it was possible! Thank you Carole and Tim for a wonderful stay!"

"The 16c house is quaint with sloping walls and floors, original beams and inglenook fireplaces. Sympathetically renovated with lovely quality finishing. The garden pretty, with lots of spring bulbs emerging and colourful chickens in a stable supplying fresh, warm eggs. Jonathan was the perfect host - attentive, thoughtful and generous. I used the pool, as yet unheated, for invigorating cold water dips, thawing out in a lovely, hot roll-top bath after with a view of the trees. Plentiful dog...

"The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully and lovely garden. Milk,teabags, hot chocolate and coffee sachets there waiting for us which was a nice touch. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, lovely coastal walks and great food in the nearby pub 'The Lifeboat'. The couple that owned the property were lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend this holiday let and we hope to return."

"It is a handily located property, just as described, and very close to the sea, which you can see from both balconies. The balconies themselves are exceptional and spacious, one with morning sun and one with evening sun. Nice garden too. The house itself nicely designed and very well served with cooking equipment. "We stayed at the hotel for three days to visit the attractions in the surrounding area. Our room that overlooked the harbour, was comfortable and clean. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast offered a variety of foods from cereal and continental choices to full English cooked breakfast. We would certainly stay again if we were in the area."

"The hotel and the pub are very tired and in desperate need of rlc and upgrade/refurb. Stains on everything from floors to ceiling. Chairs in the room and the bar that should be in the bin. The cleaners do a great job but the whole place needs dealing with. Green King you are better than this. "
