  • Woodlands is a wonderfully secluded vacation rental for small groups or families that want privacy and beautiful wooded surroundings and high quality furnishings. We have been vacation rental hosts for almost 10 years. Woodlands has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and can sleep 11 comfortably.
    The house sits on 5 acres and surrounded by hundreds of acres on all sides. It is situated halfway between Wagoner and Tahlequah, and is 1 mile from award-winning Sequoyah State Park, with miles of trails, boating, golfing, fishing, horse-back riding, Nature center and much more.
    We invite your family to experience this gem that has been created for you, our guests.
    We love connecting with each guest to ensure they have the most wonderful vacation experience possible each and every time they visit Woodlands.

Our host was extremely kind and considerate as well as attentive. The home was beyond amazing! The home was fully stocked with everything we could need. All we had to bring was ourselves and some groceries. There are places nearby to eat at and to get emergency items or just snacks and what not. The place is secluded and extremely quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a home away from home with all the amenities and meditation time, this is your place.

The Woodlands

Great experience, secluded area and very well kept and clean. Conveniently located to easily access all lake activities. Will definitely look to be staying here again.

It is a beautiful property. We saw deer and other wildlife every day. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and spices. There is a gas grill on the back patio and a Ninja coffee maker that brews ground coffee or air pods. The couches are very comfortable and reclining perfect for movie night.

Comfortable stay

Comfy house set in a nice wooded area. We only slept and showered there but it would be a perfect place to relax and play. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for my family

We really enjoyed our stay at the Woodlands. The hosts were very responsive and the location was great. We have a large family and don’t enjoy spending money to stay at hotels and we felt like we were at home so it was a great fit for our family.

Weekend stay

What a great place to stay with our family over the weekend! Plenty of room for our children to burn off their energy, and plenty of beds for everyone to have their own bed! Everyone slept soundly and we really enjoyed our stay. We felt like our needs were met and fit the bill; just what we were looking for!

Fantastic quiet getaway!

I’m not sure we could’ve picked a better spot for a short getaway out of the city. Everything was well kept, clean, and comfortable, and we had all the amenities of home. The Woodland’s proximity to the nearby marinas and state park made it easy to come and go as needed. The s’mores at the fire pit were a surprisingly huge hit for my 12 and 13 yo boys (who are becoming too cool to hang out with family, lol). All around, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for families.

Home away from home

Absolutely loved the house! Very peaceful and we had a deer visit us one morning. The kids loved all the activities and amenities available to them. Host was great and would stay again!

Perfect House for Big Family Outing

The spaces were laid out perfectly for our needs. Love the outdoor seating and the basketball court!ALL of the kids were cozy and comfy. The guest bedroom with queen bed was a little too firm but other than that there are no complaints.I like the fact that we had little to do for clean up. The house was perfectly furnished for our needs. Thank you!

Just what we needed

Was looking for a place close to the muskogee renn fair that would accommodate our family but also afford us some privacy. This place was perfect. We were close enough to town but also secluded enough to enjoy our privacy. The accommodations were great for the kids and the patio was a favorite among us adults. It was cozy and comfortable as well. Kids loved the playground and the Foosball table. Definitely will be back!

Wonderful retreat

Woodlands is clean and welcoming with all the amenities you could want in a home away from home. There is a playground for kids, a porch swing/rockers for grownups to enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd, the beds are comfortable, and the hosts are friendly and accommodating. This is our second time here and we hope to come back again!

Second time was also awesome!

This was our second time staying at this property, and we had even more fun this time around! We stayed five years ago, when my mother was still alive. She passed later that year, and this time we decided to get family pics because you never know when it’s someone’s time. The added playground equipment and basketball goal was a bonus and gave the kids lots of fun, in addition to just enjoying the beautiful nature around us. We used the grill, the spacious backyard patio, the serene front porch swing and the football table inside. We played card games and board games at the dining table and made delicious food with the crockpot and other kitchen essentials. The beds and bedding were all incredibly comfy, allowing us to enjoy our sleep. We had plenty of hot water and towels, and the A/C worked great! Thanks for the second wonderful time at this property! We were also able to get some beautiful family pics with the lush green backdrop provided by nature. Looking forward to our next stay here!
