This exquisite home boasts a 4 bedrooms, 1 flex room, 4 bathrooms, 3 level floor plan with slate, ceramic and wood flooring. You'll find beautifully decorated rooms as well as wrought iron railing throughout the home. 

On the main level, a fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, a spacious dining area and breakfast nook. The great room has a beautiful stack stone fireplace (sorry, not available for tenant use) along with an additional sitting room and laundry. You'll find a sun room and master bedroom with adjustable king bed, jetted tub and spacious tile shower that both lead out to a covered lakeside deck with outdoor seating on the main level as well. The main level is wheel chair accessible with shower and has bedroom/library with queen bed.

The lake level offers a recreation room with foosball table and ping pong table; the family room bar area includes a pool table, with an additional lake view bedroom with king bed. Bar area w/sink, mini-fridge and ice maker.

On the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a king bed, the other with a queen bed).

TV in the great room, rec room and master bedroom.

There is an open, covered boat slip (no hoist), floater for boat tie-up, electricity, lights, canoe & external granite bar top w/seating (sorry, dock house not available for use). There is a gas grill & outdoor patio furniture available. Single bay garage and extra fridge available for use.

If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. From that point on, additional payments will be made directed to Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation. There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property. That qualifying person must provide payment via credit card for the rental deposit and is responsible for the leased property.
