It was good overall! Property was clean and had a wonderful location close to SML boat ramp. Had a minor hiccup with checkin but host was responsive to messaging. Went to Tift’s for dinner and the bartender Nick was top shelf!! If you stay here go to Tifts and ask Nick for a Duck Duck Goose!

The only thing I did not like was I could not use the pool or hot tub unless I signed an agreement letter and my stay was for 2 days. K could not have access to either one bc it had to be processed into the system first. That was sad. I booked it specifically for that reason. Sad I didn’t get to experience that part, but it was okay I guess.

The bed and couch were comfortable and the kitchen was functional. The location was great for access to the State Park and hiking!However, there is no oven in the kitchen so the description of Full Kitchen felt deceptive. This made it challenging to cook meals. There was also some damage to the blinds when we arrived that made them non-functional. The apartment is also clearly in the process of being painted and worked on by the owner, this was partially relayed. But it might be better to wait until they finish before staying. We ended up having to go get our own toilet paper and tissues since both were out or low, even though we were only here for 2 nights. Lastly, it was advertised as having pool access as a part of the community. This was one of the big appeals of this property. But after numerous attempts at communicating with the host to get access we never heard back or got the access code and information for these amenities.

The website showed pictures of a balcony with a lakefront view. We had neither we didn’t even have a window to look at as the window was covered in a room that was right next to the main entrance of the building so we got to hear people in and out all night and all morning the refrigerator made a lot of noise as it sits a foot away from the bed overall, I will not be telling anyone to come here this was the worst experience I’ve had with this company

Condo was dirty, bedside table door falling off, smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling, dryer vented into the bathroom, blinds were broken, was not allowed access to pool, spa, or hot tub. Upon arrival could not enter the property due to the wrong door code. I told the host the door code would not work, the message I received finally was, oh they changed the code. I have pictures of everything mentioned in this review. Also when I asked the host multiple times about the amenities I got no response.

The property is under painting process but it didn’t bother us. The owner was kind to let us have a late check out. The amenities was sufficient except getting ourselves food. It would have been ideal if the ventilation in bathroom is improved for having the dryer outlet connected but not to a vent duct!!

It was very disappointing that there wasn't anything open in the area when we came. We thought we could get Saturday night dinner and Sunday morning breakfast but the on property restaurant was closed because it was off season and the week between Christmas and New Years.

Sheets and towels were looking worn. The unit was either in the midst of being painted after the summer season or the patchy paint job was deliberate. The unit was still clean and functional for an overnight stay.Info for accessing the unit was clear and sent timely.

It was nice, however it seems it was in the process of being repainted which didn't bother us, however, who ever is doing the project, had unhooked the vent for the dryer, so when you used it, it was blowing hot air into the bathroom. I really didn't want to post it on here, however, wanted the owner to know. We were able to use the hot tub and pool in our short stay, and the whole area is amazing. Overall, we were very happy with the rental and thought the price was reasonable.

This was the perfect stay for us! Great little efficiency apartment in the best location. The pool, hot tub and laundry in unit were spectacular. The restaurant “Tiff’s” and the little market located within the building make it feel absolutely like a resort and both had really great food. The owner, Lenora, was so kind and patient with us even as we returned late to check out. I’ve never made that mistake before and she was so understanding & sweet. Thank you so much for a great weekend!

Disgusting Condo- Horrible Host

I was expecting to walk into a clean rental. The check in process was easy. But once I walked in I quickly noticed the bed was left the same way as the previous renter left it. Dirty sheets. bathroom.and noticed a pile of dirty towels on the floor. The trash was not emptied either. No one has been there for 4 days to clean. This was by far the worst experience I've had with a host on VRBO. when I messaged her the night I arrived,I got no response and still haven't. Do not rent this condo.
