On this particular Sunday the village gardens are open as part of the National Gardens Scheme and there are various other attractions, including a Routemaster double-decker.

Farleys Lane Spring. The Farley Brook rises further west, passing under Farleys Lane in a concrete culvert (bottom right), but at this point is added to by a substantial spring which rises within the odd brick structure in the centre.

Nice and friendly
Nice and comfy room. Friendly and helpful staff. I also liked that you can easily get a snack or drink at reception at any time. I would only suggest to add something else to the complimentary breakfast, some more food options but I can’t complain.
