"Where do I start. First of all, the neighborhood is safe, very quiet, and friendly. The host was always available if I needed anything. Completely renovated, excellent like the photos. Nice park and playground right across the street. Location was perfect, right in the middle of Jacksonville and Swansboro, with a mini mart a mile down the road, they close at midnight fyi. Would 100% recommend and will be booking again on my next visit. -B.A.M."

"If you like to control the temp in the house you can’t.The owner has a lock box on it and set at 75. First house I have VRBO that had that. Renters should be able to control the temp. Everybody’s comfort zone is different.First day had to get MX man to open box up and turn AC down. Came back from dinner and temp 80 in house. AC was not working. They got an HVAC person over to fix AC that evening.We had no other issues the rest of our stay.Toilet paper was on back of toilet. No toilet paper...

"The house was nice and well kept, had an amazing large fenced in yard. The kitchen had almost everything you need and a few startup supplies were even provided.Although the listing was marked as pet friendly, the smell was quite potent, and especially in the bedroom with carpet very overwhelming.The communication with the host was very good, check in super easy and the area was nice and quiet."

"15 members of our family rented this home for our beach trip. It was an amazing experience and it definitely is a place we will be looking into for our family vacations in the future. The home is beautiful and clean and the yard and pool were perfect for the little ones. The only disappointment was there wasn’t anywhere to eat outside, such as a picnic table or patio set. The hospitality of the host was amazing."
