"We enjoyed our stay .Jorge (Property Manager)is very quick to respond to any requests or problems, in saying that we found that the cleanliness is not to our standards and Informed Jorge that his maids are not doing a good job cleaning ! As we have stayed at many different condo’s in Huatulco and found the maids do outstanding cleaning. The condo was just like the pictures and kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable but could use a bedspread or light blanket.I also suggested numbers...

"Pool area too small Cleaning could use improvement very poor lighting in the bathrooms Rooster crowing and Dogs barking in the lot next to us everyday starting from 3:15am on.On a good note it was very close to restuarants and just around the corner from grocery store 15 minute walk to Santa Cruz beach 10 minutes to Chahue beach.The unit was very spacious"

"The location was perfect. The unit J however was a bit in rough shape. There was a bad smell from kitchen and it wasn’t very clean. The host was hard to reach through VRBO but was great once we started using WhatsApp and provided us with what we needed quickly - clean sheets, lighter for stove, more garbage bags, etc as the place wasn’t fully equipped. I’d recommend staying in Unit I as it overlooks the pool, has an unobstructed view of the sunrise, and gets the sun on the patio deck or possibly...

Microwave and a three burner stove because one was not working. 2 pots and one frying pan that was worth using, the second was A teflone frying pan that was flaking and a coffee pot. Purchased a peeler while we were there. Pool is dirty and no circulation. Owner does not care. My husband and I climbed 50 stairs daily up and down from our room.
