Chas and Mod were amazing hosts,they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay nothing seemed any trouble..It's a amazing villa with a huge pool with jacuzzi, lovely garden with comfy outside furniture. A beautiful villa, the pool was just as shown, clean and warm! There was an issue with filtration during our stay but the speed and resolution the host gave was impressive and did not affect our enjoyment. All rooms are of a high standard of cleanliness, the kitchen had all required amenities and they even have a utility room so no need to take too many clothes! Overall this experience of Thailand has given us the itch to revisit asap and we will have no hesitation to use this villa again. Thank you to Chas, Mod and the Thailand team for your service and support during our stay 10 out of 10 ! xx

Great property. Location is not best for people who prefer to be within walking distance to bars and restaurants but we enjoyed the quiet location and large outdoor area. Took Grab to shopping mall and Hua Hin and paid cash. Was really convenient and also had water and other groceries delivered with Grab. Just order small enough for motorbike delivery.

7 Night stay

Comms with Chas were quick and clear. He was helpful. Check in on site with Mod was efficient. The villa is large and built around a large, beautiful pool. It is bigger than many villa pools and has a spa area for sitting. Stairs lead down into it, so no difficult ladders.We spent a lot of time in the pool just chilling. It is kept sparkling by the pool guy who drops by periodically.Villa layout is well designed with two doubles and a twin room and it is kept very clean.Kitchen is very large and has all the utensils and and devices you need including rice cooker and a good coffee machine. Chas provided lots of good quality pods for it. Also left us soap for the washing machine.Bed rooms are large and the beds comfortable, the AC works well and there are fans too.We used the traditional charcoal BBQ a lot buying charcoal for 20 Baht a bag down the road and cooking whole fish, prawns, squid and chicken wings during our stay.The villa is a little far from town down Soi 112. There are shops at the end of the Soi and a few restaurants. Also a large 7-11 at the top of the street and a local fruit and veg market. A car makes it more convenient to get around to the town or the beach.Chas hooked us up with a car hire firm that delivered a Corolla to the villa a few hours after we called them, very well priced.A good stay and a villa we would recommend.

Amazing Villa

The moment we got to the villa we knew we were going to have a home from home here…MOD and Chas were in touch with us from start to finish checking in on us during the stay to make sure we were happy with the villa…. There is everything you need in the villa the kitchen and appliances were easy to us…The pool was amazing and the indoor space was huge.We had a car which made travelling on the roads easy….We used the Grab app to get into Hua Hin on many occasions which was very easy to use and very cheap too.Loved our stay here.

Great place to stay

My wife and I rented the villa for 2weeks to relax and play golf. The Villa is in excellent condition, as pictured. The pool is huge - 13 m long and you can actually swim. For us the location was perfect - just an half hour to any golf course in the neighborhood. We rented a car from Bangkok , so we didn’t have any transportation issues. The host and property manager were very welcoming, the communication was very easy and pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone who plans to stay in Hua Hin

House is in decent shape and the owner has done a very good job of decorating and equipping the home Sadly the pool has extreme green allergie That according to the visitor long has been going on for months Also has very weak internet and the TV’s only there for decoration as not functional Other wise was a good getaway

Huset og poolen fungerer rigtig godt. Huset er dejlig stort og poolen egnet til både svømning i baner og massere af leg. Huset har alt hvad der er behov for. Chas og Mod (kontaktperson i Thailand) har været yderst behjælpelige med praktiske ting (transport, spisesteder, seværdigheder mm. ) Huset ligger ikke i gåafstand til byen - transport er nødvendigt. Men det er nemt og billigt med taxi/tuk tuk.

I conducted my search on Vrbo for accommodation for 4 people. The booking processed 1 person and a guest only which I only found and I was told to pay extra 2 days before we arrived. I tested by searching the property again for 4 guests and the cost was the same as my original booking. When I pointed this out to the owner I was told I would have been contacted after booking and paying and informed of additional charges for the 3rd & 4th person. This shouldn't happen.Two days prior to our arrival I received four pages of instructions and rules, including what we would be charged for electricity above their limit, not allowed to use air-conditioning during the day and whatever items you used needed to be replaced. The instructions stated breakfast cereal, tea and coffee were supplied. There was no breakfast cereal.When we arrived the villa looked nice however water covered the floor of 1 toilet and another toilet was blocked. Not fixed until the next day then the second night there was no water. Town water supply cut off and the water tank empty and not filled until the next day. When the water was restored with the tank it was filthy. Finally had clean water that night.I believe guests considering this villa should be told prior to booking of the rules and additional costs so they can make an informed decision whether to rent.This information is true and correct and has been reported to Vrbo (Stayz).

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The property was in a perfect location (we like to be outside the hustle and bustle) and was perfectly equipped with an extremely lovely pool. Chas provided great communication via WhatsApp and even provided some recommendations. If I did have one suggestion, it would be to add the electricity allowance to the listing so any potential additional costs are known at the time of booking but this would not stop me from recommending this property or even returning. Many thanks for a great stay.

Ganz tolles und top gepflegtes Haus mit riesigem Pool

Wir wurden ganz herzlich und sehr profesionell von Mod der Betreuerin des Hauses empfangen. Sie hatte zuvor bereits unseren Taxifahrer telefonisch zum Haus gelotst was super hilfreich war. Uns wurde dann alles im und um das Haus herum gezeigt und erklärt. Das hatten wir so noch nie. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses und die Qualität der Ausstattung ist 1A, alles hat funktioniert und nichts war heruntergekommen oder abgewohnt. Überagend ist der riesige Pool der auch 1A gepflegt war. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kamen 2x Reinigungsleute für den Pool und auch das Haus wurde in Absprache 2x gereinigt. Das haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und sicheren gegend aber gleichzeitig nahe am Zentrum. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto oder Roller ;-) ...Wir würden da sehr gerne irgendwann wieder wohnen wollen!! Auch die Kommunikation insgesamt vor, während und nach dem Aufenthaltes war super profesionell - thanks Chas ;-)

Entspannung pur

Wir waren über 2 Wochen in der absoluten tollen Villa. Die Villa ist wie beschriebenen. Es fehlte an nichts. Absolutes Highlight war für mich der große Pool und die Terasse. Ich bin in meinem Leben noch nie so viel geschwommen wie in diesen 2 Wochen. Der Pool wurde 2 mal die Woche gereinigt und war einfach toll. Auch im Haus war der Standart hoch und luxeriös. Das Haus wurde einmal die Woche gereinigt. Als wir ankamen war Wasser im Kühlschrank und auch Kaffee und Tee standen zur Verfügung. Die Villa liegt in einer Villengegend und ist etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum, in den Hausinfos ist aber die Nummer vom Taxifahrer Mr. Runk hinterlegt, den wir jederzeit anrufen konnten und er bzw. einer seiner Kollegen hat uns überall zu fairen Preisen hingebracht. Ein sehr netter Mann. Wenn wir was auf dem Herzen hatten, konnten wir Mod jederzeit erreichen und sie hat alles umgehend organisiert. Ganz toll war auch die Flexibilität von Chas. Wir konnten leider nicht mit dem ursprünglich gebuchten Flug fliegen und mussten einen Tag später fliegen. Da das Haus erst später wieder vermietet war, durften wir noch einen Tag länger bleiben. Chas ist sehr bemüht, dass sich seine Gäste wohl fühlen. Es war wirklich ein total entspannter Urlaub in diesem Haus, auch für mich als Mutter😊. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles an Chas und Mod.

If you want a good and safe holiday

Most of the house is good. Sofa in the living room could have been better, not for elderly people like us. The outside furniture is much better. We didn’t use the aircon in the 6 weeks. But used the fans a lot. 👍 very easy to use the local taxi “Grab app” and for food delivery we used “Panda food app.

There is only one word; SUPERB

The villa is exactly what it promises. The very luxurious house lacks nothing, but nothing at all. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and hob. The washing machine is also very helpful. A very cozy living room (which we never used, because we only lived outside.) The bedrooms and bathrooms also leave nothing to be desired. The very large pool, we deliberately call it a swimming pool, is the center of the house. It is perfect for swimming and is maintained several times by the staff. The house is thoroughly cleaned once a week and the bed linen is changed. Thanks to the very inexpensive cabs, you can easily do without a car. The drive to the town, restaurants and shops takes about 10 - 15 minutes. The house is very quiet. The caretaker, who responds very quickly and competently to all kinds of questions, lives in the same street and took excellent care of us. The owner also responds very quickly to requests, even in advance of the stay. We can fully recommend the house. There is nothing to complain about and there are no additional costs. Fantastic place to relax

For meals: breakfast we usually prepared our own food, lunch walked 20 mins up the main road (turn right) and bought takeway street/restuarant food, or very nice little local restaurant < 5 mins down the road (turn left) opposite Thailand resport; and dinner mostly used Ponny (contact given to us by Mod) who is a restauranteur who will prepare and deliver very good Thai food (highly recommended fried whole sea bass fish, green curry chicken, and any curries with prawns/seafood)

Holiday in Hua Hin

This was our 2nd trip to Hua Hin, so we already knew our way around the city. Property was great as was the location, close enough to the centre of Hua Hin but far enough away so not to be in all the traffic and noise of the city. Tucked away off a small side road off Soi 112, meant we couldn't hear any traffic when in the villa, which in turn meant a quiet and peaceful stay. Mod the property manager met us at the villa and showed us around when we arrived. We kept in contact with Mod and Chas, the owner of the villa, via WhatsApp which was great. Nice private pool and a nice open plan kitchen/dining/lounge. Bedrooms and bathrooms good too. Kids spent most of the time around the pool. We went most nights to the local markets at the end of Soi 112 for food which was great and ate at the villa. 7-11's close by, at least 3 I think within a 1-2 min drive from the villa for any essentials we needed. Hua Hin was especially busy when we were there due to Songkran, but we only went into the city a few times. I recommend a trip down to Sam Roy Yot (about 1 hour south) beaches are fantastic. Pran buri and Khao Kolok are also worth a visit too, the beach areas are very nice and there are some lovely restaurants to check out. All in all a great holiday at the villa and the kids (and Mom and Dad) didn't want to go home!

Bel endroit

Villa très agréable bien conçue, terrasse et piscine de bonnes dimensions permettant de vivre un maximum à l'extérieur. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.
