We rented what was described as a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property.What we received was a bedroom and 1/2 and a single bathroom.The third bedroom is located in a separate building which we knew when renting but it was shut down for the winter - unheated and no water as it was winterized. The second bedroom could only be accessed through the first bedroom or through the one bathroom offering limited privacy. The primary bedroom offered no heat source so either the hallway door or the door to the second bedroom needed to stay open to stay warm. The primary heater/furnace is under the kitchen table and must have a bad bearing in the fan as it squeals like a smoke alarm every time it kicks in making sleeping without earplugs impossible and having a conversation uncomfortable.We a day early as it was not an enjoyable experience staying another night. I personally spent 30 minutes trying to chip ice and shovel as it was dangerous to walk into the building. No salt on site to help.This property is very nice appearance and probably enjoyable in the summer but should be rented with major caution in cold weather.I received ZERO response to the furnace not working or only having two bedrooms vs three. however they were more than anxious to try and charge us additional fees beyond the VRBO quoted rate. Generally a bitter experience and I caution anyone from renting this property outside of summer.
